The public transport is above average in society. There is a plus point in society is every fla has is own balcony. This society is safe at night. Pets are very friendly with all society peoples.
Things need improvement
Everything is outstanding in society. Maintenance is little bit bad in society.

In our current residence, although the nearby metro is distant, we benefit from excellent connectivity with buses and a nearby railway station .Maintenance is meticulous, featuring clean surroundings and CCTV surveillance. The construction quality is commendable, with no issues of seepage even during rainy days, especially in towers 1 and 2. We enjoy a range of amenities with well-equipped facilities and a spacious clubhouse. Additionally, a shopping center nearby adds to the convenience. We actively celebrate all festivals, fostering a vibrant community spirit.

place is nice that's why I am living here but every things is very very bad, tiles, bathroom fittings,all are damaged

He said connectivity accha hai society ka, auto cabs sab mil jata hai easily. Maintenance mein garbage collection and disposal is on time, electricity supply is adequate. All amenities are there in society like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse & playground for children. People are quite friendly & helpful in society. Flats have balconies with ventilation & receive sunlight.
Things need improvement
He said all things are working fine & well in society, he is not facing any as such issues.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society. People are very positive minded. Construction Qualtrics very pretty.
Things need improvement
Maintaining of the lift is not good. Roads are very poor. Unable to drive on roads.

For transportation outside the committee, autos and metro buses are readily available. Nearby, you can find markets, malls, supermarkets, grocery stores, vegetable markets, gyms, clubhouse, parking areas, and grounds. The people living nearby are also very helpful and friendly. There are no issues with the construction quality; good ventilation is provided, and the build quality of the society is very good.
Things need improvement
there's a slight issue with maintenance inside the committee because the maintenance team hasn't been properly formed yet. The construction quality of the Samiti is also not very good. The amenities in the Samiti, like the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, are small and inadequate. Additionally, there's a big problem with stray dogs in the Samiti, which is causing inconvenience to residents.

These builders launched a new project on the amenities area, reducing the amenities space as well as the open spaces and greenery that they promised us! We paid for the peace of mind, greenery, and some relaxation and productive time that the amenities will provide! It's terrible to realise we didn't get everything!

They'll tell you that you can get your money back in an emergency, but you won't. I had an emergency and told them I would need the money and would no longer like to book a house with them, but I never received my refund. They are such liars.

The slope of the building causes a gush of rainwater to enter the room beneath the door with each spell of rain. I complained to both the local authority and the corporate office. There was no response from them. They are not interested in adhering to RERA guidelines.

Godrej Prakriti is where we are staying. The road conditions are deplorable, with numerous potholes. Water logging is a common occurrence during the rainy season. Playground is similar to a paddy field. The current building is in disrepair. Greenery is not properly maintained. The body of water is filthy.
