Connectivity achi hai transportation available rehta hai easily or maintenance services achi on time service provide ho jati hai.
Things need improvement
Construction quality achi nahi hai drainage ka issue bohot zyada rehta hai or water quality achi nahi hai.

Connectivity of metro, bus and auto is available. Facilitied like gym, club house is available. There are mixed people some people are friendly and some are not.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very bad.Play ground is available but higiene and cleanliness is not mantained. Management should be improved. They became president but management team should be there. Society resident are only selected based on the voting like it happens in small societies.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are not available nearby the society. Metro connectivity is far from the society.

The apartment had a really calm and peaceful atmosphere, which definitely enhanced the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
I lived on the top floor and faced some issues like leakage and a malfunctioning lift. As a bachelor, unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to use any of the amenities in the society.

Connectivity of the society is very good. nearby shops and public transport avialable. facilities are there like swiming pool ,gym club house.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the society is very poor.outer side of the bulding is very poor condition. maintenance is very good.

Transportation facilities such as auto and metro stations are easily available. The construction quality is good with no seepage or leakage issues. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are provided. Basic facilities like power backup, CCTVs, and elevators are available. Hygiene and cleanliness are well-maintained. There are no waterlogging issues during the rainy season. Paintings are done on time. The area is quite safe for females. They can easily travel during late nights. People are really nice and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Mobile network issues exist in the society, primarily due to residing on the 18th floor plus maintenance also needs to be improved.

Seepage ka thoda issue rehta ha, or society ke pas grocery shop honi chaiye kyuki jo market hai thode distance par hai to waha jane me thodi problem hoti hai kyuki bahar road par autos bhi nahi chalte hai

Society ka connectivity acha hai, Malls market hain paas mein. Amenities like gym, park, clubhouse , parking area sab hain yahan. Log bohot acche hain society ke. No waterlogging issues here.
Things need improvement
Society mein paani ka bohot problem hai. Water quality acha nahi hain society ka. Society me cleanliness & hygiene nahi rehta hai woh ek issue hai jo improve hona chahiye.

All the local Public transport are available for them near to the society, They don't face any problems related to maintenance, The maintenance charges are not too expensive for the society members.

The quality of the construction is not that good, Because of that they have face seepage & seelan issue in the society & building.

The Sealdah metro station is available nearby. Bus stop is near to the society. All the festivals are celebrated amongst the neighbours.
Things need improvement
The society has a major seepage issue. The problem increases during the rainy season. Sometimes leakage issues are also faced in the building.

The construction quality is commendable, as there have been no issues with leakage or seepage so far. Adequate parking, lifts, and backup facilities are available. Cleaniness is well-maintained, and security measures are effective, with all areas under cctv surveillance. Neighbors are cooperative and friendly, contributing to a positive living environment.
Things need improvement
So far, no major issues have been encountered. However, there is room for improvement in the process of issue resolution, which could be more efficient. The maintenance team's performance is average and could benefit from enhancements.
