अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
The people of the society are very friendly and always up to help you. Festivals are celebrated on a regular basis and all kinds of events are being celebrated. The autos and cabs are easily available
Things need improvement
The play area of teh scoiety has been alloted to everyone but there is a group of people who onyl use it for cricket and due to which it has gotten all muddy and risky for others to relax in the big area. Kids are not able to play due the risk of ball hitting them, the oldies cannot take a walk due to the mud caused by those group of people

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
I am a former resident, I left it 9 months back. Cleanliness was maintained.Elevator was available.Seepage and construction were fine.Good quality painting material.People were friendly.Society was well-maintained. I stayed there for 5.5 years.
Things need improvement
Transportation had issues; no nearby metro.Lack of swimming pool.Gym and club house was average, modern facilities were not available in them.

Metro walking distance pe hai, auto , cabs bhi mil jaata hai easily. Water & electricity supply is adequate, garbage collection is done on time. Construction is good, with good sunlight & ventilation and no seepage issues. He said neighbours acche hain , we celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
He did not highlighted much issues, it is just that there is no swimming pool in the society, it should be there.

He said I left the society 3 yrs back, When i used to live I use cabs like ola, uber woh aajata tha. Maintenance was fine, with good cleanliness and timely collection & disposal of garbage. Construction quality accha tha, spacious flats with ventilation and no seepage issues. Lawn area tha ek society mein jahan functions hote the society ke. Social life was good there, festivals - functions mein milte the log acche se sab interact karte the, people were friendly & helpful.
Things need improvement
Society Tangra area mein tha. Thoda off tha woh. Connectivity ka issue tha waha, public transport like there was no metro nearby. Auto, bus ke liye 5 minute walk karke jaana padhta tha. Plus. there are no amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse , parks in society. Open space kam tha society mein, Gym bhi bohot chota sa tha.

Auto-rickshaws were easily available within a 1-2 minute walking distance from the main road to the society. There were no issues of leakage or seepage, and the society was clean. Pets were allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
The area outside the society was not well-maintained and often dirty. There was also a slum area nearby. The water quality was not good, requiring us to install an RO purifier. The water had a high iron content, leading to significant hair loss. There was a small garden, but the gym lacked sufficient equipment, and there was no swimming pool available.
