Roads are in good condition and it is safe for everyone as 2 security guards take care of the security. However, the construction is not so good and requires regular maintenance along with proper cleanliness. Otherwise, connectivity is good. The mobile connectivity is good and it is easy to reach your destination without facing any traffic problems.

The city is located on the Deccan Plateau in southern India and is India's sixth most populated metropolitan agglomeration. There are grocery shops, gyms, ATMs just inside the complex. The public transport including bus stand, taxi stand are nearby. A good security system is always there are CCTV cameras all over the area supported by the security guards. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night.

It's a residential development. There are 52 units in all. Working parents can also be relieved as there are many schools, colleges, and institutions for the children.
