अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
I did not face any ceiling and seepage issue in my flats , the people were friendly and coperative in the society
Things need improvement
Autos and rikshaw are not available outside the society , the market area is far from the society ,CCTV is there but not sure that was working or not , there is no amenities are there like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool in the society

Market area is nearby the outside the maintenance is quit good like CCTVand lift are there, also society quit hygineic, the people are quit friendly and coperative in the society
Things need improvement
Autos are not easily available outside the society, Gym,clubhouse,swimming pool are there but it not open for the residents and also they are not in a good condition

There are plenty of local transports available near the society. Railway stations, Metros, cabs like Uber, OLa are available easily near the society. The building quality is phenomenal and does not have any issue of seepage, leakage or waterlogging. Neighbours are extremely cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
Fire exits are not available in the society in case of emergency. Additional staircases are not present. The resident is not aware about the earthquake proof requirements.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Road quality is good outside the society, water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. Basement parking space is available. constructuion quality is good in the buuildings, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Balcony is available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro connectivity is not available from the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

The connectivity of the society is up to the mark like autos and rikshaw are available , society is in ahmedabad ring road so everything is easily accessible ,CCTV and lift are there in the society , the neighbours are friendly and cooperative in the society
Things need improvement
Metro is in underconstruction it will start in may and june this year , there is no swimming pool in the society but gym and clubhouse is there in the society

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Main roads are near. cabs, auto is easily available, Water supply and electricity supply issue is not there. Gym Clubhouse, is there. Open space is there. People living here have mutual understanding, Here we celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
Problem of street dogs is there. Clubhouse is not working, No Swimming pool is there, rest everything i like and i have mentioned.

The connectivity of the society is very good as school and hospital are within 3 km radius and the market is at the walking distance and the society is very well maintained
Things need improvement
The construction quality is a bit of an issue as you can see seepage on the walls and for amneties there is a club house which is also under renovation and there is a gym which is closed.

The neighbours were very helpful and friendly in the society , The connectivtiy was good back then auots and rikshaw are available outside the society,
Things need improvement
The security guard was not good then in the society , no amenities was there in the society like gym,clubhouse,swimming pool but the parks was there , there was no nearby market in that area or any shopping centre there was only one mall nearby the society

अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Transportation connectivity was satisfactory with cabs and autos available easily. Metro station was nearby. There was a mall nearby. The construction quality was fine with no major seepage/leakage issues. Neighbours were decent, though there was not much interaction with the Residents.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities like gym, swimming pool , clubhouse and sports facilities in the society.

Festival celebrates frequently . and there is lot of space in the society for parking .

There is a big issue of street dogs in the society . The road inside the society is damaged and need to be re constructed .

Society highway ky pass so that's why the connectivity of the society is quit good , all lifts and CCTV work properly in the society, the people are educated and decent in the society, there is no waterlogging issue in the society during rainy season , theere is no issue of power backup , stray food in the society

There is a issue of ceilind and seepage in the flats but it mostly depends on the householder but it is manageable , there is no amenities in the society like gym, clubhouse , swimming pool ,but parks are there in the society

There are multiplies playground in the society , the connectivity is top notch in the society like autos and rikshaw are easily available in the society , market area is also at walkable distance from the society, the society is quit neat and clean , there is no issue of ceiling and seepage in my flats

The location of the society was excellent , the area was big 4-5 garden are there in the society , the society was quit open and spacious
Things need improvement
There was mix crowd in the society we wanted gujarati people , the maintenance need main concern in the society, there is a conflict in community people because of the locality is not good , no amenities in the society like gym , clubhouse, swimming pool in the society

Society is big so maintenance department can not provide maintenance facilities on a good scale.
