this place is really in a very prime residential locality. it is very well connected with the other parts of the city. Basic facilities are here such as mall, supermarket and school. there are bank, hospital and ATM nearby as well.

Its a really beautiful Apartment. We have so much here to see. We have good parking area. Place is quite clean and spacious. Houses are ventilated and maintenance is good.

there are lots of nice places here. there is even a flour mills, car wash centre, toys. we have good bakery, cake shop and lots of sweet shops. All of these are close by and can get there in just few minutes.

All amenities are good. we have many places nearby like movie theatre. we have good parking zone and allotted exercise area in lawn. we also have gazebos and beautiful gardens.

the transport facility available here is great. Nearby locations include Shalby Hospitals, Devasya School, D-Mart, Honda Showroom, municipal gardens and restaurants. The Safety level is great and pollution is less.
