अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
He used to live earlier in the mentioned sciety. Hospital wagerah nazdeek tha waha pe. Gym was there in the society. Cleanliness bhi proper tha waha. People living there were also very friendly in nature.
Things need improvement
Leakage ka problem hota tha waha. Wiring ka bhi problem tha waha. No swimming pool & clubhouse was available in the society.

The location of the society is quit good, the maintanance of the society is quit average in the society
Things need improvement
The amenities are not there like gym,swimming pool , parks but clubhouse , play area is there in the society , the parking space need to be improve in the society

Yes Local Market is very Easily Accessible and mall is also very easily accessible Locality is very well
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike but it my suggestion that there should be cameras in lift also Although it is not much necessary

Transportation connectivity was satisfactory. Autos and cabs were easily available. Maintenance was also good. Amenities like gym, badminton court and clubhouse were available. CCTVs and parking lots are present. Residents were quite friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all festivals and events together. There were no water logging and supply issues. Paintings and other maintenance related work was done timely.
Things need improvement
The society had all basic amenities and facilities but there was no swimming pool in the premises.

Connectivity to the society is excellent with bus, cab, Ola, Uber, and local markets nearby. The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. All amenities like clubhouse, gym, and kids play area are well-maintained. Maintenance is top-notch, including a garbage disposal system. Festivals are celebrated, and the society has a great sense of community. There's 24-hour water and electricity supply, and security guards ensure safety at the entrances.
Things need improvement
The society lacks swimming pool facilities, which are deemed essential for the current generation. Stray dogs around the society pose risks, especially for children playing nearby. Adding a swimming pool and addressing safety concerns would enhance the overall experience of the residents.

I am currently living in this society, internal work is too bad, so many leakages in bathroom. No proper slop in bathroom so water not going well, Management people is too rude and not professional.
