Built quality acha tha society ka. Adequate Water supply & power supply, good mobile network connectivity- these were all some plus points in society. Security department & CCTV was also nicely maintained.
Things need improvement
4 saal pehle rehte the waha pe. Society kaafi andar tha , main road pe nahi tha. Road bht kharab tha society ke bahar. Connectivity me dikkat thi , kafi bahar jaana padhta tha public transport access karne ke liye. Bht chota sa gym tha woh bhi sirf family walo ke liye tha , no entry to Bachelors. Swimming pool & clubhouse kuch nahi tha society me. Bachelor logo ke liye kaafi restriction thi.

Transport available easily being ery close to SG Highway, Sarkhej-Sanand Highway. Also Edu. campus of LJ University.. Also

She used to live earlier in that society, it was a good experience for her, security wise and all. Within the 2 km area, mall markets were there. Auto , ola were available . Construction quality of society was fine. No waterlogging issues in society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity me issues tha, Public transport not available & Metro was also not there near the society. No facilities like swimming pool & clubhouse were there in the society.

Transportation connectivity is good, with roads linked to the highway. Malls are available within a 5km range. Maintenance is excellent, with daily cleaning, no seepage issues, and no water logging problems because the society is situated on higher ground. Amenities such as a gym, indoor games area, and a children's park are available.
Things need improvement
However, there is no club or swimming pool in the society. if possible to ararnge proper amnties inside the society. it wil ve very convient for all the kids

The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is not good, public transports like auto, cabs are not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available. Water supply issues are faced. Drinking water is not available for 24*7 in the society. People are not friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are not celebrated together. The society is not good with tenents and bachelors. Paintings are not done on time in the society. Electricity issues are faced alot. Security system was not good.

The maintenance services in the society were adequate. Public transport was easily accessible within 500 meters. There were no issues with seepage, painting or leakage. I didn't have much interaction with the society members because I lived alone, but I observed that they often conversed amongst themselves.
Things need improvement
There was no swimming pool in the society, The absence of such a facility was notable and could have enhanced the amenities offered to residents

A well-constructed structure... But the people who live in the complex are narrow-minded and rude. Rent is available, but the cost for bachelors is Rs 5000 per individual. That's quite a lot. Daily necessities are not available nearby.

Everyone in society suffers because there are no stores. Good Access in a Good Location. Good construction and gym facilities. Nice garden area, too. Awesome location Society has more drawbacks than benefits. Family members can thrive here.

Nobody has a store, which is a problem for the entire society. Accessible Location and Good Location. A quality structure with a gym. There is also a nice garden area. Superb Location More negative than positive aspects of society. For families, living here is advantageous.

The sole drawback is the connectivity problem brought on by the surrounding society's highways. In the city, there is no metro connectivity. The other significant issue in modern civilization is electricity. I believe that if someone is paying a high rent, there should be some considerations made for the supply of electricity.

Nice is the garden area. Amazing Location Society has more negative than positive aspects. Living here is advantageous for families. Area and security are both nice. The society provides a calm atmosphere and a modest area where people can gather.
