अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
The society was clean, and water was available 24/7. The residents were good and celebrated festivals together. The flats were well-ventilated. There was a playground and a celebration hall in the society. The lifts were regularly maintained, and the landlords were good.
Things need improvement
Auto-rickshaws were not available near the society, and the area was not very safe due to numerous unconstructed buildings. It was concerning to go there at night as there were instances of boys engaging in activities like substance abuse. Only residents of 3BHK flats were permitted to use the swimming pool; 2BHK residents were not allowed. Leakage and seepage were significant issues, with tiles also being broken.

Rooms are huge and a few south-facing windows are found within every apartment in Shrachi Greenwood Elements. 24-hour clean water supply and a big community hall are involved within this housing complex.

Some offices are situated in this area which is beneficial for the residents as it reduces transportational expenses. At the same time, a few reputed healthcare centres and some medical stores are also located nearby.

Nearby roads are huge and congested with a vast number of people most of the time. Therefore, the presence of lots of people makes this area a safe place to stay alone at night.

The maintenance charges for staying in any preferable apartment are lower in comparison with other nearby housing complexes. On the other hand, pets are also allowed to stay in this residential property.

Shrachi Greenwood Elements is one of the renowned housing complexes situated in a prime area of Newtown, Kolkata. The ambience of this area is calm and composed and it is a beautiful location.
