Transportation connectivity is good with buses and cabs being easily available near the society. Amenities like gym, parks and clubhouse are available. The neighborhood is friendly and people celebrate all the festivals and events together. Schools and hospitals are nearby. CCTVs and Elevators are installed.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is average with old infrastructure and buildings, with seepage issues. There is no swimming pool. The presence of stray dogs causes safety issues.

Cabs and auto-rickshaws are easily available, and the roads are of good quality. There is a focus on cleanliness, and the society is well-maintained. We have to pay a monthly maintenance fee of around 1500 to 1600 rupees for our 4BHK apartment. The elevators are all well-maintained, and we have 24/7 electricity and water supply. The society conducts painting work on time, and there are seven grounds available. Facilities like gym and clubhouse are well-maintained and accessible. CCTV cameras and lifts are available 24/7 in the society. Various programs and festivals are celebrated here, and people are cooperative
Things need improvement
The construction quality is somewhat poor, and there's a significant problem with seepage in the society. Additionally, there are many animal lovers in the society, which poses a challenge for us as we have a lot of issues with dogs. In my opinion, societies should not allow dogs as they are not safe for children.

Connectivity acha hai, public transport, mall, market hai available society ke paas. Society mein clubhouse, children's park & senior citizen's park sab available hai. Log ache hain society ke cooperative & friendly.
Things need improvement
School, colleges nahi hain society ke aas paas. Seepage ka problem hai society mein. There are no gym & swimming pool in the society. Maintenance ka thoda bohot issue rehta hi hai waterlogging ka, cleanliness ka. Builder side se problem hai, cheap material use kiya hai , built quality is not good.

Mere parents ka ghar hai, shaadi ke baad I have moved out. As such koi problems nahi hai, accha society hai. Maintenance & cleanliness wise badiya hai society. Secure society hai, akale bhi agar rehta hai koi flat me , safe hai woh bhi. No leakage/seepage issues in our flat as such. Committee bhi bohot achi hai society ko ache se maintain karti hai. Gym & clubhouse are there. Good parking space & play space for children available. Good people lives in society. Football & cricket ground bhi hai society me. Connectivity is good - Ola, uber toh society ke andar tak hi ajata hai. Autos ke liye bhi 500 metre hi bas chalke jana padhta hai. Hamari expectation se zyada hi karte hain RWA wale yahan ke.
Things need improvement
Water logging ka issue tha pehle society mein & society ke bahar, that thing has improved now. And one drawback is that there is no swimming pool in the society.

The entire residential property is surrounded by an ample amount of greenery which is very attractive. At the same time, the entrance of this housing society is also decorated with several bushes.

Shree Balaji Agora Residency is one of the most attractive housing societies which is established in one of the supreme locations in Ahmedabad. The rate of air pollution in this area is low.

A swimming pool and a beautiful landscape garden are included there for the betterment of the residents. People who stay there are helpful in nature which is an extra advantage for the residents.
