The connectivity was excellent; we could easily find auto rickshaws and buses. Sufficient parking space was allotted for us. The bedrooms had ample sunlight and ventilation.
Things need improvement
In the society, there was a lot of discrimination between tenants and owners. Tenants were looked down upon, despite having to pay charges for everything. They were not treated with the same respect as owners. Although there were amenities like a swimming pool, play area, and garden, tenants were not entertained to use them, and they preferred not to go there. There was insufficient sunlight in the hall. The water quality was so poor that the bathrooms had to be cleaned every 2-3 days, or else the tiles would get damaged.

The leakage issue started, but the society took immediate action. Issues are resolved promptly, and lift maintenance is regular. Malls and restaurants are nearby. The society is clean, and there's 24/7 water supply. Auto-rickshaws are available near the society. There's no traffic issue. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are friendly and celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
The metro is not operational yet. The water quality is poor, requiring the use of a water purifier. Maintenance charges are slightly higher compared to other societies.

Auto-rickshaws are readily available near the society. There are no traffic issues. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are all friendly and celebrate festivals together. Sufficient parking is available for residents. There are no issues with leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
The shopping malls are located 1.5 kilometers away from the society. The water quality is slightly poor, requiring the use of a water purifier. There is limited parking available for visitors.

The build quality of the society was excellent during my time there, as there were no issues with leakage or seepage. The walls were strong and sturdy, and the rooms were spacious with proper ventilation. All amenities were available to tenants without any extra charges, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, football area, and gym. Security measures were robust, with 24x7 guards and street lights functioning at night. Continuous water supply was provided, and residents were cooperative and helpful. Daily garbage collection ensured cleanliness and hygiene, which was highly appreciated. Additionally, CCTVs were installed in all areas of the apartment for added security.
Things need improvement
The society is situated a bit away from the main road, which occasionally poses connectivity challenges. Residents typically have to walk to the main road to access auto-rickshaws or cabs. Additionally, there is a Toto available nearby that provides another option for reaching the main road. Overall, connectivity can be considered poor due to the distance from the main road.

Connectivity in the area was excellent, with bus services, cabs, and autos easily accessible near the society. Everything needed was available nearby. The build quality of the society was exceptional, as I never experienced any issues with leakage, seepage, or cracks in the walls, both inside and outside. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym were available, and no extra charges were imposed on tenants for using these facilities. Festivals were celebrated within the society, and there was a consistent 24-hour supply of water and electricity. Allocated owner parking was provided, and the quality of roads outside the society was good, with no traffic problems. Pets were allowed in the society, but stray dogs were not permitted inside, which contributed to safety. The society had adequate security measures in place, including CCTVs and guards.
Things need improvement
The major problem in that society is the discrimination against bachelors, who are required to follow different rules and regulations compared to owners. There are multiple restrictions on bachelors living in the society, which I found to be a negative aspect. The mindset of the people there is quite conservative.

It's also good because there are ATMs, banks, gas pumps, and hospitals nearby. Living in New Town is highly gratifying because of the area's tranquilly. Despite being rather far from Kolkata, it is nonetheless extremely good. the emotional bond between those present.

Additionally, there are numerous hotels and restaurants in the area, as well as a bar and food hub. It is only 15 minutes from the airport, and the facilities for electricity, maintenance, and cleanliness are excellent. You can find cabs and taxis easily, as well as nearby room rentals.

It is advantageous for society that traffic laws are viewed with great scepticism. All of the amenities are close by, and Rajarhat Network is at an amazing location. Good roads, connectivity, atmosphere, and neighbourhood. It is well-connected to the school. hospital, market, mall, temple, ATM, park, college, and airport.

It is only 15 minutes from the airport, has great electricity, maintenance, and cleanliness faculties, is close to room rentals, has access to cabs and taxis with ease, has apartments available all year round for rent and for sale, and is a peaceful and lovely area to live. You could live there if you wanted to. It's a nice spot to be for transportation because the roads are clean and good, the Metro is close by, and there isn't much traffic.

As it is a freshly developed neighbourhood, the roadways are bigger and more roomy everywhere because it is a planned town as opposed to the old Kolkata. Since I've lived here for a while, the neighbourhood has grown significantly. All buses are now .
