The society is clean. We get good quality water 24/7. The people are very nice. We all celebrate festivals together; everyone in our society feels like family. The flats are well-ventilated. Auto rickshaws are available outside the society.
Things need improvement
We have a lot of leakage and seepage issues in our house. The metro is not nearby; we have to travel far. Maintenance charges are high. Although there are modern amenities, the maintenance is not up to the mark. My flat is north-facing, so sunlight doesn't come in.

The connectivity to the society is very good as the transport is easily avaliable out the society and schools and hospital are at a radius of 2 to 3 km.All the necessary amneties are avaliable in the society and are kept very neat and clean.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not so great as seepage can be seen in bathrooms of some flats
