Connectivity of the society is fine in the sense that cabs and autos are easily available. location of the society is the best part. there is a proper water and power supply. the society is well maintained and has proper cleanliness and hygiene. the construction quality of the building is good as I have not faced issues related to cracks, seepage, or water leakage. we have a gym in the society associated with a clubhouse and a swimming pool and these are very well maintained. a proper kids' area is designed for the kids to play. people around are very friendly and i have built a few relations with some of the neighbours as well.
Things need improvement
The society misses out on CCTV cameras and a proper security system. our society only celebrates ganesh chaturti i think that there should be celebrations for every festivle.

The flats are quite well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. They are spacious as well. We haven't experienced any issues with leakage or seepage in our flat. There's also a temple in the society.
Things need improvement
There are several issues in the society. Firstly, we do not receive water from the PMC. Although the builder installed 14 borewells for water supply in the society, none of them function properly. We have to rely on water tankers, but the water from tankers is hard, requiring us to install an RO purifier. The society lacks any modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or gardens for senior citizens. The security measures are inadequate. Although an amphitheater is provided, it is located far from the society compound. There is no parking available for visitors, and the parking for residents is also insufficient, leading to daily disputes. Auto rickshaws are not available nearby; we have to walk to the main road. the cleanliness of the society is not up to the mark.

There are nearby malls, markets, supermarkets, vegetable markets, and grocery shops. Garbage collection is done on time. The lift also works well. Ventilation is good in every flat. Festivals and cultural events are celebrated.
Things need improvement
The road condition is not good, and there are no street lights. There is no swimming pool. Not only in the society but also in this area, there is a lot of difficulty with water supply.

sai emerald is very good project which is very wel connect with all the part of the city, 24 hour power backup facilities and necessary amenities make this project more attractive.

market, malls, petrolpump, garden and main roads are nearby.all time cab and public transport are available.

water drains for strom, water conservation and harvesting system for rain water is avialable here. energy management system is also present.

this project has solid disposal and waste management system, open car parking area and 24 hour water supply are available and everyday cleaning system ois very good

24 hour sewcurity service and cctv camera provided all over the project. fire fighting facilities are also there for safety purpose and accessibity of connection is good.
