One of the finest quality constructed buildings in the Marol area of Andheri East. It's a well-developed society with all amenities available within the premises. We have excellent parks where children can play, and a spacious clubhouse offering various indoor games facilities. Transportation facilities are easily accessible, with auto rickshaws, cabs, taxis, and public transport like the metro and local trains available 24/7. Additionally, the airport is conveniently located just 2km away from Vasant Oasis. There are also good schools and colleges nearby. The roads in front of the Vasant Oasis society are well-constructed, adding to the convenience of living here.
Things need improvement
As of now, there aren't any major issues here in Vasant. Occasionally, we face minor inconveniences like traffic jams and slushy roads during the rainy season, but these are common occurrences across the country. Overall, my experience living in Vasant has been positive so far.

My apartment, constructed approximately 3-4 years ago, is currently experiencing water leakage from the ceilings, along with rusting observed on the door borders. Despite lodging a complaint about these issues several months ago, there has been no resolution thus far. Additionally, the limited availability of gym facilities, with only one gym serving approximately 1000 families, poses a challenge. Accessing sports grounds or courts is also difficult due to their constant occupation. Moreover, the rent prices are considered overhyped compared to the amenities and services provided.

The guards are well-trained, ensuring security. There's also ample parking available, and maintenance is top-notch. Additionally, the proximity to a nearby metro station adds to the convenience. Outside the society, there are plenty of vegetable and fruit vendors. Overall, it's a children-friendly society with a plethora of amenities for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
One of the drawbacks of the society is the presence of too many buildings, resulting in limited space and less greenery.

The club and pool area are major attractions, offering stunning views from balconies and the clubhouse. Connectivity is excellent, with the metro just 5 minutes away, the airport 15 minutes away, and most shops nearby. Vacant Oasis is considered the most luxurious project in the entire Adhere East area.
Things need improvement
The builder promised two clubhouses for a society with 19 towers and 10,000+ members, but only one was provided. Additionally, the construction of an unplanned tower is blocking the view of phase 1 buildings, leading to resident dissatisfaction. There seems to be ongoing silent protests by residents opposing the new tower construction. It appears the promised luxurious features have not been fully delivered, causing frustration among the residents.

In Carol Adhere East I'm staying in one of the finest quality constructed buildings build in Carol area. One of the well-developed society with all amenities are available within the society itself. There are good parks in the society where children can play games and there is huge clubhouse over all the indoor games facilities are available. About transport facilities are easily available like auto cabs taxis etc. are 24/7 available and public transport is also available like metro local train and even airport is 2 km from vacant oasis. There are good schools are colleges are also available in nearby areas n Well constructed roads are there infant of vacant oasis society.,
Things need improvement
There are no significant issues in the area. Occasionally, there are short-term problems like traffic jams, especially during the rainy season when roads can get slushy. However, these issues are commonplace across the country. Overall, the experience in Vacant has been good so far.

Cab drivers often face difficulty as there's no direct exit for them once they enter the society. Consequently, many drivers refuse to go inside when you're visiting someone in the apartment. Additionally, the maintenance charge is on the higher side, which can be a concern for residents.

More shops are near to this .located at premium location so that everything is reachable to our hands... society has a good well-trained staff and security. And no one is allowed without residents permission... No need to worry about security.CCTV cameras are there at every imp places.as a tenant, I never faced any issues till now with the maintenance staff or anything.it is very affordable society to live in for above middle class. Building quality is also good point to consider.24hours power backup is there. Restaurants and medical shops and some emergency services also u can get quickly.so, overall I am having a good experience.,

Actually, the power DG charges are quite a bit high compare than to regular.and in summer u will face power off problem rarely...so u can expect a high power bill(DG) during summer... Nd the balconies provided in the flat are very small to dry the clothes in winter.these flats are not vast followed flats(if u believes in vast)...,

Furthermore, there's disappointment over the unfulfilled promise of a shopping mall, as the view from flats is now blocked due to construction.

Residents are expressing their dissatisfaction through silent protests and hanging banners on their balconies to oppose the construction of the new tower. Despite the appearance of amazing facilities, the reality seems to be a luxurious but contentious environment.

The society is well equipped with all the modern amenities such as all types of new sports tables, swimming pool and gym. nThere is ample of place for playing ground and there are many sitting decks installed in the society at many different locations. It is 10 minutes walking distance from Marol metro station and also from the main road. nThe parking facilities are very good and ample, so there is no shortage of parking and hence it is easily accessible from the flats as well. nThe security of the apartment is very good as they do not let any stranger car or person enter the society without confirming the flat owner and the purpose of their visit, this becomes one of the most vital aspect in looking for a new apartment in this generation. ,

The building is situated quite far from the main road so getting commute can be difficult at times but it is not such a big task. nThe building is situated near a drainage so many times foul smell is present, but they are constantly trying to improve the dump and the drainage area. nThere are quite many insects present in the complex which often could lead to some diseases. nBut regularly pesticides are being sprayed in the society so it is not a big threat either. nConstruction work is going on at some places still in the society therefore it leads to a very irritated mood at times due to the loud noise. nConstruction dust and pollution is also noted at time so people who are allergic could face problem for some time here. nIn the parking lot, there is a problem of water or some fluid leakage at some places but the same problem is being reported and the society have started looking into the matter and trying to fix the same. nMore street lights could be advisable outside the society as it gets quite dark after evening here and not many people are seen, so at times it feels risky reaching out to the society if youu2019re coming walking.,

Neighborhood is posh and safe. Some water logging problem during monsoon. The construction is strong and the interior is spacious enough to design as per our need. I like the overall construction.
