In this society, there are approximately 300 large trees and numerous plants, ensuring excellent ventilation throughout. The connectivity of the society is exceptional, with several schools, hospitals, major supermarkets, and a metro station located approximately 2 kilometers away. Additionally, small supermarkets, salons, pharmacies, and eateries are situated within a 500-meter radius of the society. Numerous amenities are available within the society, including a clubhouse equipped with indoor games, a swimming pool, a well-appointed gym, and outdoor recreational areas. Children's play areas and ample parking options are also provided. Maintenance facilities are of a high standard, with regular garbage collection and reliable power backup for all residences.
Things need improvement
There is a solid waste management (SWM) plant near the society. Because of this, a bad smell inconveniences the residents. Additionally, during summer, water is supplied through a borewell due to shortages. The construction quality is not up to the mark.

The association is also efficient, ensuring proper care of all amenities, and maintenance charges are Rs. 3.1 per square foot. Nearby, there are schools and clinics within 1 to 2 km from the society. Festivals and events are celebrated and the committee organizes them effectively. The construction quality of the society is commendable, with no reported leakage issues. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool are well-maintained, and both indoor and outdoor games are available for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
There is no large supermarket near the community, and there is also no public transportation available to nearby areas from the society.

I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. During my time there, the environment of the society was peaceful because it was situated a bit far from the city center. Inside the community, residents have all major basic amenities available such as a clubhouse with a gym and indoor game facilities, a swimming pool, and good open space with ample parking options. The security is also good, and the residents are friendly with everyone. The maintenance facilities are good, with a regular water supply for everyone, and the elevators are well-maintained with regular inspections. There are a few preschools near the community, and cab availability is also good through app bookings.
Things need improvement
There is a garbage dumpyard near the community, and because of that, a foul smell always causes inconvenience.

The atmosphere of the society is very pleasant, and the ambiance is very good. Water facility is available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative, and there are many senior citizens in the society. Greenery is abundant, and garbage collection is done daily. Ventilation in each flat is also very good. We celebrate every festival like Diwali, Navaratri, and Holi as a family. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, table tennis, and football court are well-maintained in the society."
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good in the society. There are some seepage issues and leakages in bathrooms and walls. Additionally, there are cracks in the walls. Despite being a 6-year-old building, it looks like an old building. Public transportation is not good in the society because buses are not available at all times. Maintenance charges are expensive, priced at 4000 rupees. Broadband services should be improved in the society."

Water facility is good, available 24/7 in the society. Maintenance of the lift is also excellent. The greenery of the society is very good. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Vegetable stalls are available twice a week in the society. Construction quality is also good; there are no seepage or leakage issues in the society. There is a playschool near the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
The parking area is not good in the society; there is not much space to park cars and bikes. Additionally, there are no good schools nearby the society; we have to go 5 kilometers from the society to find good schools.

Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Maintenance of the lift is very good; it is a big lift. Garbage collection is also good in the society, done daily. Ventilation of the flat is very good in my flat. Maintenance of street lights and roads is very good. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are very well-maintained in the society. Big Basket delivery is also provided in the society. Vegetable stalls are available twice a week in the society, which is convenient.
Things need improvement
Facilities like supermarkets and grocery stores are not available near to the society; they are approximately 2 kilometers away, which is inconvenient. Hospitals are also far from the society, about 2 kilometers away. There are a lot of traffic issues during the nights."
