Outside the neighborhood, there were shared autos available, and it was easy to find cabs online. Grocery shops for daily needs were located within the premises. The society is very clean. The supermarket was about one and a half kilometers away from home. There were no issues with water leakage in the house. The society has a small park area for kids to play. Festivals are celebrated together in the society. Neighbors were friendly with us.
Things need improvement
Buses are not easy to reach. CCTV cameras and lifts were installed and working.. It's very crowded. People have different opinions about the tenants, which is strange. If tenants have any concerns in the society, they are not given importance.

Cabs were available online. Cameras and elevators were installed and working well. The construction was good quality; there were no problems with water leaks in the buildings or individual homes. The residents were friendly and helpful to each other.
Things need improvement
Transportation was difficult because there weren't many autos or buses nearby. The market wasn't close to the neighborhood. The upkeep of the area wasn't good; it wasn't kept clean. There weren't many facilities in the area except for a small park for kids, but it wasn't looked after. Not all the holidays were celebrated in the neighborhood.

There's no problem with connectivity; you can easily find autos, cabs, and local trains. The people are friendly, and they celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
The society faced seepage and leakage problems due to its age. Additionally, there were issues with the lifts, and the lack of amenities added to the challenges.

Society has great securtiy system.build quality of the apartment is big plus,no leakage seepage issues.connectivity of the apartment is top notch in terms of local transport or essentials.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities present in the society which is a major draw back for the society only club house is there.

Metro station is just at walkable distance.Local market is just beside the society so essentials were available easily.society was also on main road which was the best part.
Things need improvement
Water supply issues were there in the society.Maintenance facilities should be more uniform.Roads ouside and inside the society is in poor condition,water logging issues are there in the society.amenities were in the poor condition ,only semi amenities has been provided.poor security system in the society,poor managing committee,poor constrution quality.

The place is well decorated which attracts the customers. People are safe and secured in the residency. The people can spend their quality time in the residency without facing any barriers.

The environment is full of greenary which improves the health of the people. An all day medical team is provided for the people to cover any type of emergency. Parks and playgrounds enable sports.

The Navi Mumbai based residency provides all the basic amenities to the people which allows them to undergo the daily activities. Adequate actions are taken for the safety and maintenance.

Day and night guards are appointed to look after the safety and security of the people. The roads are properly constructed where the people can take a stroll in the evenings.
