Cabs and autos are easily available in the society. If we book Ola or Uber, the wait facility is good. When comparing with other apartments, power backup is also reliable, and garbage collection is efficient. The community in the society is very welcoming. Ventilation in the flats is excellent. Parking areas are spacious, and there is also a designated visitor parking area. Facilities such as markets, malls, and vegetable markets are available nearby.

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges in the society are expensive. Hospitals are located quite far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient during emergencies. Similarly, the railway station is also distant, approximately 10 kilometers away from the society.

Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, badminton court, and football court are well-maintained in the society. Schools are available nearby, within a distance of approximately 300 meters from the society. The water facility in the society is good, and there is also a reliable power backup system. Garbage collection is carried out daily and is efficient. Ventilation within the flats, including mine, is excellent. Facilities like supermarkets, markets, and malls are easily accessible near the society. Moreover, the people in the society are very friendly, cooperative, and respectful.

Parking area availability is not satisfactory in the society, and there is no designated visitor parking area either. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Public transportation options such as buses are not available in the vicinity, which is inconvenient.

The construction quality in the society is subpar, with some issues of seepage in bathrooms. Additionally, the presence of street dogs poses a safety concern, especially for kids. Furthermore, the roads are in poor condition, with many cracks present, which can be hazardous.

Very elegant and wonderful setting. Gated neighbourhood. Very nicely kept and filled with vegetation. Large property. In pictures, the scenery speaks for itself! This has a more independent homey vibe than an apartment.
