The construction quality of the society is very satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. The transportation connectivity is also good with easy availability of public transport options like metro buses and autos nearby. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Maintenance quality is also fine with proper cleanliness and hygiene. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the society. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative and celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
Sometimes inconvenience due to the mobile network issues and present of stray dogs and monkeys in the society. Paintings are not done timely. In the rainy season, some water logging issues exist outside the society. The road quality outside the society must be improved.

I lived there 1.5 years ago. The market area was nearby, and autos and rickshaws were readily available. Maintenance was good, ensuring cleanliness. There were no seepage or leakage issues in the flats, and water logging was not a problem. The society had a well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, but I didn't use them as my working hours were different, and I didn't interact much with neighbors due to time constraints. They were somewhat friendly. Rest, I don't know much because of my night shifts, which didn't allow me much time to explore or learn about the society.
Things need improvement
Due to my specific working hours, I spent a limited amount of time in my flat, and I am not well acquainted with the shortcomings of the society. However, I have mentioned the positive aspects and likes of the society.

Auto-rickshaws are available outside the society. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There is power backup for the entire society. All modern amenities are present in the society and well-maintained. The flats are well-ventilated, and there is no issue of leakage or seepage. The residents are very cooperative.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not within walking distance. Malls and restaurants are 2-3 km away. Power cuts are a common issue in our area, especially during the summer.

Pehle se cheezein improve hua hai maintenance wagera. Housekeeping improve hua hai. Saaf safai toh theek hai. Ample parking available hai, Parking for residents as well as for visitors available hai. Painting hota hai time se society mein. Safety & security department accha hai. Lifts ke andar bhi cameras hain. No seepage/leakage issues, iss society ka Construction quality baki aur society se better hai. Amenities like gym , swimming pool and clubhouse sab hai. Mandir, parks, playground space for children bhi hai available society mein.
Things need improvement
Iss area ke saari societies mein issue hai connectivity ka. Horrible problem hai connectivity ki. Half an hour lagta hai bahar highway ya noida ki taraf jaane mein. Planning & execution ki problem hai yeh iss area ki societies mein. Itni narrow roads hain traffic hota hai ke aapko half an hour lagta hai bahar nikalne mein. Peak time me bohot traffic hota hai. Kabhi aap monday subah aaiye aap pareshan ho jayenge. Khuda na khasta kabhi koi beemar hojaye aur usko urgent nikalna pade, toh woh fauran nikal nahi sakta hai. Bade shehron me yeh issue hai ke kisi ke paas time nahi hai kisi se milne ke liye. log sab apne me busy rehte hain.

we don't have any issues with garbage collection and power cuts here. I'm pleased to note that the lifts are in good condition, and there are no security issues. I appreciate the provision of walking paths within our community. It encourages outdoor activities and exercise, which is great for our physical and mental well-being. It's nice to have these amenities right within our living space. The presence of club halls for celebrations adds to the social vibrancy of our community. It provides us with spaces to come together and celebrate special occasions, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents.
Things need improvement
I find the poor connectivity here quite inconvenient, especially since it requires us residents to walk before accessing transportation. I miss having garden areas within our community. Their absence diminishes the aesthetic appeal and recreational opportunities available to us residents. The ongoing disputes with the village regarding the outside road create uncertainties and potential disruptions in access for us. Although seepage and leakage issues are eventually resolved, they indicate a need for more proactive maintenance efforts. The terrible condition of the road within our community detracts from our overall quality of life and may even pose safety risks. The inability to conduct white wash due to builder issues is frustrating, as it highlights lingering unresolved matters that impact the aesthetics and upkeep of our residences.

Malls and markets are easily available near the society. Overall transportation connectivity of the society is good. Balconies are provided in the society. Amenities like gym swimming are clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Maintenance quality is very poor. Hygiene, water supply, garbage cleanling are not maintained properly. There are muddy roads nearby. Construction quality average with some seepage issues in the building. Security is also not up to the mark. Amenities are not functional. RWA management needs to be improved.

The construction quality here is average, but it's still alright. The people are nice, and it's really convenient having schools and hospitals nearby. Overall, there are no major issues
Things need improvement
The connectivity in this location is really poor. There are no buses, cabs, or even a metro available nearby, making it difficult to get around. Plus, the lack of facilities like pools, gyms, or a clubhouse is disappointing. It's definitely not an ideal place to be.

All amenities are there in a good condition like gym, clubhouse , swimming pool , the maintenance is very good in the society like CCTV and lift worked properly , the neighbours were friendly and coperative , also the environment is also pet friendly

The connectivity of the society below average because no autos and rikshaw are available outside the society , there was a minor issue of ceiling and seepage in the society but it was managable

Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. The society is spacious.

The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Sometimes stray dog issues are faced inside the society premises.

The constructuion quality is very bad in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Paintings in common areas are not done on time. The connectivity is very poor, public transports are not available easily near the society. Roads are properly not developed outside the society. Sometimes water logging issues are faced during rainy season. Drainange system is not good around the society. Not suitable for elegant living. The maintainanace of the society is not good, society areas are not maintained properly. The hygine is not maintaiined. Waste disposals are not done on time. Lift is available but not maintained properly. Society needs to be improved in all areas as people in the society are themselves not concerned about maintaining the society for a healthy living.

There are a lot of traffic issues around the society due to which there are a lot of problems in society. So traffic issues should be resolved .

Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of autos and rickshaws. Schools buses also travel nearby. Maintenance quality is fine with no water logging issues. There are no drainage issues and pesticides are controlled. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. No separate fees are charged for amenities. CCTVs and Elevators are installed and very well maintained. Construction quality was excellent with no seepage and leakage issues. Security guards were present in every building. There are play areas for kids. Residents celebrate all festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
There are some traffic related issues nearby. The road outside the society gate must be improved.

Traffic issues are faced outside the society. Paintings are not done on time in the society. cultural events and festivals are not celebrated together in the society. Street dogs issues are faced a lot, they come inside the society's premmises a lot.

Buses, cabs and autos were available nearby. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. The rooms were spacious. The play ground was also present and well maintained. Construction quality was good with no seepage and leakage issues. Maintenance quality was taken care of with all services provided. Issues were resolved immediately. Garbage removal system was maintained. Electricity was supplied properly 24/7. The parking lot was provided in basement. All festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity near the society was poor, the roads were not in good condition. The traffic was not manageable nearby. There were potholes on the roads. Outside the society buildings, some seepage issues can be noticed.

Gym aur pool hai. Par mai kam jata hoon toh pata nahi unki maintenance ka. Neighbours theek hain, festivals toh bohot celebrate hote hain.

Ye society crossing republik area mai sabse aakhir mai padti hai. Ab toh fir bhi auto mil jata hai. Lekin society ke saamne road nahi bani hui kyunki society walon ka aur kuch villagers ke saath jameen ka kuch dispute hai. Market area yahan se 800 m ke aas paas hai. Yahan bina car ke travel karna bohot dikkat ka kaam hai. Maintenance theek thak hai. RWA wale thoda sa kar lete hain maintained lekin kaafi politica chalti rehti hai usually. Yahan seelan aur seepage ka bohot issue hai. Har mahine yaha mujhe Rs. 500-1000 lagana padta hai, jabki mai tenant hoon. Maintenance ka paisa saara festivals celebrate karne mai hi laga dete hain maintenance mai use karne ke bajaye. Aur fir alag se celebrate karne ke liye bhi paisa mangte hain.

Good place to call home. Really roomy. a well-kept community with CCTV surveillance. There are also other indoor and outdoor facilities, including a gym and a pool. The inhabitants' access to stores both inside and outside the society bath makes it easier for them to purchase groceries and household goods. There is plenty of room for parking, with two floors available. The community welcomes pets.

One of Crossing Republic's most underappreciated Societies is Saviour Greenisle. This organisation deserves a five-star rating. Prior to the formation of the RWA, Saviour Greenisle's maintenance was solely under the control of the builder, and as a result, things did not go well. However, now that the maintenance is under the control of the society's members, things are going well.

Amazingly, the best markets and restaurants are near to the society. The amenities are fairly close to the community but not actually within it. The security is strict and the maintenance is adequate. The rest I have given to God.

Because it is remote from other communities, the air is well-ventilated. The crossings area has affordable rent. For daily necessities, civilization has stores. Essential upkeep runs smoothly. When compared to other societies, it is a tranquil place. plenty of parking. There is a pool there.
