The presence of numerous large shops and gym centers nearby is convenient for residents. Additionally, the availability of a large field provides ample space for both adults and children to engage in various sports activities, fostering a healthy and active lifestyle within the community.
Things need improvement
The roads are in bad shape, leading to traffic jams and making it hard to get around. There aren't any clubs nearby for entertainment. Plus, parking space is limited, causing problems for people with cars. Fixing these issues would make life much easier for everyone in the area.

Convenient facilities and a pleasant atmosphere, frequent traffic jams and high maintenance charges pose significant challenges in this society. Addressing these issues could further enhance the overall living experience for residents.

Things need improvement
Only a few vendors control internet and cable TV services. This isn't good because it limits options for residents. We need more vendors to offer these services to improve competition and quality.

This society is truly awesome! With numerous gardens, parks, and a club, it even boasts a mini theater. Both men and women can enjoy the gym facilities. The roads are clean and well-maintained, and there's a school nearby. Additionally, the market is conveniently located, and reaching the railway station takes just 5 minutes.
Things need improvement
There's really nothing to dislike in this society. However, there can be occasional traffic in the evening, and sometimes the reserved fun zone is closed.

The distance from the main city can be inconvenient, especially for those working in areas like Thane. The road connectivity is subpar, and common facilities, aside from the gardens, may be insufficient. The lack of nearby shops for affordable shopping and groceries is notable, and the reliance on trains as the primary mode of transportation could be inconvenient due to frequency issues.

The Regency Stream is a vast residential complex offering various amenities. It has plenty of space for different activities, including sports and recreational pursuits. The Club House provides complimentary services such as a spa, gym, games room, library, and badminton facilities. The society offers different types of flats, ranging from 1 BHK to 4 HK. Conveniently located near the station and market, it also has nearby educational and healthcare facilities. Higher floors provide stunning views, and security guards ensure a safe environment.
Things need improvement
The Regency Stream has only one Club House for 40 buildings, which is inconvenient for residents, especially those living farther away. The area experiences frequent power outages due to inconsistent electricity supply. CCTV cameras are not installed comprehensively across the region.

Initially, we got 24-hour water supply, after one year we hardly get 15 mins of water in a day. Today as I am writing this review, I am ordering bisleri water for drinking from last 2 days as we haven't received water for last 2-3 days, first time in my entire life I have faced this kind of drought situation at my home, I stayed in a small society never even faced water issues there, with all this infrastructure is of no use.

I went through a lot before planning to invest my money in this project. However, i liked that they have promised to provide all the amenities as per the brochure. But the place is too hectic to travel beacuse of the traffic even during the lockdown period. But i liked the inside looks of the project, it does look impeccable and with a very reasonable price. I liked how they have such a great pool structure which will be enjoyed by my children in future. I hope the traffic problem gets solved soon. I cannot wait to move in after they are done with the construction.
