Connectivity like cabs are available if we book ola cabs. The autos we have to walk with a walkable distance. Amenities are available in the society.VERY spacious and calm area.
Things need improvement
Cleaning is not good in the society.Have to improve the greenary of the society. Constrction quality is very poor.

The Maintenance in the society is very good as they have a proper garbage disposal system in the society all the necessary amneties are avaliable in the society like gym, culb house, swiming pool basketball court etc. People in the society are very good and friendly and schools, hospital, college and markets are at the radius of not more than 10km.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a bit of a issue as the public transport is not easily avaliable out the society and the construction quality is not good as there is seepage problem seen in the flats.

The ambiance of the society is pretty good. Connectivity such as autos and cabs are easily available in front of the society. Security of the society is very tight, with CCTV cameras available for added security. Every big / small event is celebrated in the society like a family.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good there are some seepage issues in the society which is not taken care of. Frequent Management changes is a hassle

Amenities like swimming pool and play area is well-maintained in the society. PEople are very good behavoiur and co-operative. Connectivity like cabs are easily available if we book ola cabs.

Cleaning of the society in inside and out side is average. Security guards are not good. They were sleeping in during nights.they are not working properly.

The society has excellent connectivity, with easily accessible public transportation like cabs/autos/rickshaws. Lift services in towers function well. Maintenance is good, ensuring a clean environment. Additional facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and play area for kids are available. Residents are friendly, celebrating cultural festivals and events together. Nearby local shops and markets are convenient. The security system, including CCTV, is reliable. A major advantage is the society's proximity to my office.
Things need improvement
Some issues of seepage were faced on the walls specially in the bathrooms . Metro and railway station is not nearby, it's a bit far from the society.

A well secured with cctv and security guards in the society. Mainly at night time afer 1 o clock the security guards werent allowed the unknoun persons in the society.
