Public transports are easily available. Good layout and interior design of the house. Parking space is also available.
Things need improvement
Nothing. I do not think there is anything to dislike about the place as it is very beautiful and provides pollution free environment.

Large, all facilities. , location, connectivity, prime. Apartment is North facing. Very airy balcony. 3 bedroom. Modular kitchen with chimney. All lights , fans and geysers. Servant room with bathroom. Most reasonable priced.
Things need improvement
Maintenance cud be better. Team keeps changing. Parking basements to cud be better maintained. Dogs sometimes create problem.

The Paras Tierea society is built really well, so it feels safe to my family. All other residents also appreciate the society's solid construction. They look nice and have good common areas. You can easily find cabs for transportation because the place is well connected and there are many popular ride sharing services. There are not many power cuts. If there is no power, there are backup plans to keep things smoothly. Water is not a problem, paras tierea society has a good system to make sure to everyone gets clean water. The quality of walls are good . It is repaired time to time when it is sandy. The money people pay for maintenance is fair. It helps us everything Clean and working well..
Things need improvement
One common concern that I dislike about the Paras Tierea is sometimes occasional noise from nearby areas. It disturbs the piece of some residents.

Security in the society was very good, everything was maintained, and schools, hospitals were available nearby. Markets were also available.
Things need improvement
The amenities were available in the society but not for the talent so it was not a good thing in the society and the construction quality was not good and the problem of seepage was there.

There was a market available around the society, there was a hospital due to which there was never any problem. For emergency, the hospital was available nearby and the people of the society are very cooperative and helpful. Security is also very good in this society.
Things need improvement
There was a major issue of seepage in the society, construction quality was not good and electricity bill was also very high.
