Society has good connectivity as there are railway station and bus stop even metro near by the society.Quality of the construction is really great as there are no issues regarding seepage till now.All the amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc available in the society.High security system like there are my gate facilities in the society.Allocated parking space is available for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
As we have extension in the balcony and there are no bird net till now in the society due to which it is very inconvenient to clean regularaly mess created by birds and we cant pour water as well.power back up facilities are not available in the society.

Roads outside the society is of good quality and during rainy season there is no water logging issues.Quality of the construction is really excellent,rooms are spacious and well designed.Connectivity of the apartment is good local transport is easy to approach near by the society.There are swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area in the society.24/7 water and electricity supply is available in the society.High security system ,kids and senior citizen are safe inside the society.Society is neat,clean and well maintained.Crowd of the people is quite decent and educated.
Things need improvement
Charges for the maintenance facilities are at bit higher side compare to other society.Parking area is limited in the society as some of the residents has to park outside the society.Power back up is available for common areas only.

Construction of the society is Excellent as till now there are no issues regarding Seepage in the society.There are swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area in the society.Cleaniness is good,time to time garbage collection is done in the society.All the essentials facilities are available near by the society.Attentive managing commitee to resolve issues of the residents.Lift are very well maintained.High security system as there are intercom facilities in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity with local transport facilities is good but there are no good schools near by the society.Railway station is far away from the society.There are some charges to use the amenities.

The atmosphere here is very pleasant, and we have excellent essential facilities for our day-to-day life. Public transport like rickshaws and buses are easily accessible, and there are shopping malls, clubs, libraries, and other amenities just a few steps away. Everything is well-maintained and hygienic, making it a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
In some areas, there's a significant amount of garbage accumulation, which can be concerning. However, it's reassuring that cleaning efforts are underway, which is a positive sign.

Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. This society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. Lifts work properly. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments. The society has got all amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids, park and all amenities are at it's best and maintained properly. neighbours are also friendly and cooperative. The society is quite spacious and best for living.
Things need improvement
Overall everything about this society is very good and properly maintained, no such improvements are required here.

The environment here is very friendly, and the equipment, like the lifts, are in good condition. I haven't noticed any cracks in the building so far, which is a positive sign. Parking facilities are good, and overall, the society is great. The gym is also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Overall, you find everything to be great, and you have no complaints personally.

Auto,cabs,public transport facilities are easy to approach.Society is neat and clean,good security system has been adopted.Good celebration of festivals and friendly environment in the society.Proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.
Things need improvement
Overflow of sewers issues were there due to which water logging issue accured.This is old construction so there are cracks on the walls.there are no amenities present in the society.No allocated parking space for resident,first come fisrt serve system has been adopted.

Public transport like railway station,bus stop.metro was quite far away from the society but you can approach local transport easily.

The clubhouse offers top-notch facilities for every sport. The roads are well-maintained, and there are no power cuts. Additionally, public transport is readily available at all times.
Things need improvement
The only downside is the lack of a nearby playground, and the public garden is unmaintained.

Hiranandani Medows offers a tranquil environment with essential amenities conveniently located nearby. It's an ideal place to live with family, and you'll thoroughly enjoy it. The area boasts several renowned schools, hospitals, markets, banks, and excellent restaurants within close proximity. Additionally, the D-mart shopping center is just a 2-minute walk away, and Kids Rainbow School is conveniently located opposite the colony.
Things need improvement
The room sizes are a bit small. The maintenance charges are excessively high. The prices of the flats are also quite steep.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Roads are perfect outside the society Metro station is available nearby the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Maintainance charges are not high. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Parking space is alloted in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There are some plumbing issues faced in the society. Water pressure is very high for which pipes breaks. For using the amenities different charges has to be paid for using it.

Hiranandani meadow is good complex for residential purpose.Quality of the construction is really good and there are big windows for proper vantilation purpose in the apartment.Rooms were very well designed.Architecture and quality of the product was just up to the mark.All the amenities were there in the society and very well eqquipted.There was undeground parking and which was very spacious and easy to access in the society.High security system like there were 24/7 security system in the society.This property are very high rated property so crowd of the people is of high gentry.Socialism was really good as all the festivals were celebrated in the society
Things need improvement
There is no railway station near by the society and bus facilities were also not available near by the society.As this was high rise tower due to that there were no balconies in the apartments.Power back up facilities were there in the society.

There are schools and hospitals near by the society.Local transport and public transport facilities were also approachable near by the society.Construction quality was good never faced leakage and seepage issues.All the modern amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids playa area is there in the society and everything was fully functional.maintenance facilities were good as there was high security system and cleaniness was decent in the society.ALl the festivals were celebrated in the society,overall it was really good stay in the society.
Things need improvement
There were no solar panel and generator facilities in the society for power back up purpose.bachlores were not allowed in the society.

It is a good project. Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery. Then good security feature is there and full power backup so no electricity problem. There are a lot of dogs in there. some interconnecting roads have complaints due to the maintenance work of drainage.it causes some small traffic and air pollution.. Mobile tower network otherwise good here and residents welcoming you with smiles. looking forward to move in soon.

This is a great project for those who want to live in a prime location within a slightly better budget. It is a good place. transportation facilities like bus stands are within distance. shopping malls, cinema theatres and other entertainment places are in there, police station and hospital are in distance. Everything is top class here. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network as I found out from my site visit.

Would provide me with basically everything I wanted. Glad to share that the atmosphere of the project is very good. I am a resident. Everything is near whether it is a shopping complex, bank, hospital everything which is almost within walking distance. Maintenance is also good while good feature list. Must say I am happy with the experience. The developer delivered everything he promised.

Societies construction, atmosphere and view from the society all are plus points of the society. all modern amenities are present inside the society. maintenance is top notch in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and security. people are very friendly. market, schools, collages, restaurants and shopping malls are nearby. all local transport vehicles are accessible.
Things need improvement
Traffic jam issue is there on the main road. mandir is not inside the society. no proper walking track is built for walking.

All festivals being celebrated at grand level. shopping malls are nearby. cleanliness and maintenance were up to the mark. water supply is 24*7.all modern amenities are available in the society .
Things need improvement
Traffic jam was the main issue, little amount of air pollution was there.

Hiranandani Meadows is one of the best society in all over thane area.All the festivals and events are celebrated in the society so overall all the festivals are celebrated in teh society.High security system and cleaniness is good in the society.Owners has spacious parking in the society.
Things need improvement
Usually there is alot traffic issues in all over thane areas.maintenance facilities are poor as the amenities are not at all upto date.Club house is very much out dated and needs improvements.Gym is not well maintained and well eqquipted.maintenance are bit expensive as compare to other society.There is no visitors parking in the society.

Hiranandani Meadows is a good and peaceful residential locality to stay and bus is available to Thane and Mulund Station. Garden, shops and school within the complex. Nearby malls are D-mart, cine wonder, star bazaar and big bazaar.

) Locality is good. But there is a problem with guest parking slot. Some interconnecting roads have complaints due to the maintenance work of drainage. It causes some small traffic and air pollution. Overall the project looks good with perfect vaastu complaint houses and the location is pretty good too.

Hiranandani Meadows is a very prime location in Thane. It is surrounded by all the facilities like banks, ATMS, malls, hospital, auditorium, gardens, jogging tracks, children’s play schools, junior college, restaurants and salons. Transport facility is also good in this locality. This has close proximity to Jupiter hospital, Koruna Mall, R Mall and also easy accessibility to good under road and Eastern Express highway.

I and my husband bought this apartment 2 years ago. This has a excellent location. The ambiance is natural and lively atmosphere around that gives you a feeling of real world around you. The air is clean and one gets to see many different types of birds here. We really feel this is our best investment ever. Must say I am happy with the experience. The developer delivered everything he promised.
