Sector 54 in Gurgaon is known for its cleanliness and safety, making it a desirable place to live. There are schools, markets, and it's close to Golf Course Road and a metro station, adding to its convenience and appeal.
Things need improvement
Staying here and paying such a high fee for maintenance feels unreasonable. The maintenance costs are excessively high, making it difficult to justify staying in the complex.

Staying here and paying such high fees becomes frustrating, especially when the rainy season brings about numerous problems for us.

In Sector 54 Suncity, there are lots of parks, keeping the air clean, and you can enjoy the beautiful Aravalli hills in the background. It's a safe place with friendly people. There's a market right in Suncity, and the Sector 54 Chowk metro station is nearby, making it easy to get around. Plus, with the market close by, everything you need is within reach.
Things need improvement
The main exit of Suncity is about 1.5km away from the residential area, which might be a bit of a distance. Additionally, the road maintenance in the area is not up to par, meaning the roads may not be in the best condition.

In Sector 54 Sun city, there are lots of parks that make the air clean, and you can see the Travails in the background. It's a really safe place, and the people are friendly. There's a cool market called Sun city Market, and the Sector 54 Chow metro station is nearby. Plus, the market is pretty close.
Things need improvement
The main exit of Sun city is approximately 1.5 km away from the residential area. However, the maintenance of the roads is not up to the mark.

There's no problem with waterlogging inside or outside the society. Public transport is easy to get. The society has amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, and they work well. People are friendly to each other, and we celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality isn't very good. There's a problem with seepage in the society or individual houses. Currently, one wall of my house is affected by seepage. Nothing comes to my mind when i talk about improvement/betterment.

The security is excellent! The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) has recently been actively working on maintaining the entire society. While there are many facilities available such as gyms, swimming pools, games, salons, etc., it's important to note that these are privately owned and come with separate charges; they are not part of the Sun city Township amenities.
Things need improvement
The society might not be checking the quality of buildings, so builders could sell houses of lower quality. This can make residents unhappy, and some might choose to leave. It's important to closely watch construction and only allow builders with good backgrounds. Issues like leaks and managing rainwater still need to be fixed.

The society is good and has ample space. It's set against the backdrop of the Gravelly hills, with convenient access to the metro station and restaurants. The Golf Course road is also very well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of society roads is not as good as HUD's. Potholes sometimes take a while to be resolved.

That building is perfect, and there is full security. By the way, my mom's brother lives there, and I've noticed that the security personnel provide excellent services. They don't drink or smoke, and they have regular health checkups to ensure they are fit. In my opinion, you should consider buying a flat there, etc.
Things need improvement
There's an issue with traffic noise, especially horns. Additionally, you'll have a view of the Western Express Highway.

The society offers spacious playgrounds and ample parking facilities. A nearby market, like Naval, provides access to daily necessities. The advanced gym facilities are beneficial for maintaining health. The society boasts a reliable power supply, with power cuts being a rare occurrence.

Very good place for living high-class people is staying. Very good environment and is on a national highway taking care of the water problem. Paying maintenance on time.

There's limited parking space, which can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the swimming pools are poorly maintained, making it less appealing to use them. The frequent traffic jams in the area add to the hassle of commuting. Moreover, public transportation options are scarce, making it challenging to get around conveniently. The poor road connectivity exacerbates this issue, making travel even more cumbersome. Another drawback is the lack of adequate maintenance services, leading to neglected facilities. Furthermore, the society isn't pet-friendly, which can be disappointing for pet owners. Additionally, there's insufficient power backup, leaving residents vulnerable during outages. Lastly, the poor construction quality of buildings raises concerns about safety and longevity. Overall, these factors detract from the overall quality of living in the society.

Getting around via public transportation is easy. The construction quality is good (not like Mumbai). The market area and shops are conveniently close to the society. All amenities are in good working order. People are friendly and celebrate festivals together. The best thing about the society is the community spirit.

This society offers an exceptional experience, leaving nothing to be desired. There are no areas for improvement; everything is simply outstanding, making it an ideal place to reside.

On a positive note, the construction within the community was doen properly, and the amenities were well-maintained, ensuring a satisfactory living environment for residents.
Things need improvement
I no longer reside in this community. One notable issue during my time there was the prevalence of stray dogs, which posed a significant concern. the society app, meant for communication and management, did not function reliably

The society has nearby auto and e- rickshaws. Water is avaiable 24 hours and painting is done every four years. Park is available for children and elderly. People are friendly and cooperative. Overall society has a lot of greenary around and fresh air so the residents like the greenary and spend time with nature frequently. No noise issue, the society is calm.
Things need improvement
Overall, all the things in the society is good. It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.

Autos, taxis, Ola, and Uber are readily available. Water supply is available 24/7. The maintenance charges are 1800 rupees per month, which are reasonable. The society's maintenance is excellent, with no cracks on the walls. Flats are insured, and the building is strong, minimizing the risk of earthquakes. There are fire exits within the society, and all modern amenities are available, including open spaces. Power cuts are not an issue
Things need improvement
Sharing rickshaws are not available near the society. Neighbors don't interact much, and they are not very friendly.

Construction quality achi hai seepage ka koi issue nahi hota hai and maintenance is good because maintenance services bohot achi achi hai lift ki maintenance achi ha, society ke roads ache hai clean rehte hai

Societ me street dogs ka issue hai or society ke members acche nhi hai bilkul interact karna nhi chahte ek dusre se.

Lift is not required as the society has individual houses. Metro station is available at walking distance. CCTV Camera is installed. Neighbours are good.

The connectivity of the Society was very good, there was no problem in commuting anywhere, all public transport was available outside the Society.

The society was quite old, hence its construction quality had started deteriorating and it was not even maintained well.

The autio cabs are readily available outside the society, when it comes to connectivity the market area is also there so far teh connectivity of the society with basic needs and transportations good. There are several parks which is also well taken care of. Maintenance is pro active they revert back quickly. The neighbourhood is friendly, the community hall is there where the events are being celebrated but it is also reserved mostly by one section of the society. Miantenache charge is INR 5000 (and it depends on the size of teh society)
Things need improvement
There are no basic amenities slike swimming pools or gym are provided to the residents. Although the maintenance is pro active but there is delay in ficing the situation at times. Commity hall is usually occupied by majority section of the society

Water supply issue for 2-3 days .seepage problem arises in bathroom, wash area.no amenitis like club house ,gym,park,play ground nothing is there.
