The location of Devika Apartments is good and it is safe at night. Some provisions offered are security guards, property staff, power backup, water supply, club house, landscape garden, visitors’ parking, lifts and play areas.

Devika Apartments is a nice place to live in and is equipped with modern places. However, like other contemporary projects, this property does not have enough provisions for guest parking. Temples and parks are also missing.

Devika Apartments is strategically located in Ghaziabad and all the important points of the city are in its vicinity. These include business parks, industrial areas and commercial hubs. Residents find it easy to travel.

I am a resident of Devika Apartments and the atmosphere is serene and calm. However, poor traffic conditions may bother you as a resident. Vaishali Metro station on Blue Line is easily reachable.
