The community is small, with only two blocks, fostering a close-knit atmosphere among residents Water supply is reliable, and the surroundings are consistently clean and well-maintained, because of the good maintenance of the association in implementing regular cleaning practices. The flats have excellent ventilation due to their well-designed structure and spacious balconies. Essential amenities such as ample parking on the ground floor, well-maintained elevators, and reliable power backup options are available.

The society is located on a main road, resulting in traffic issues and disturbances caused by the constant flow of vehicles passing through. Additionally, there is neither a gym nor a play area within the premises of the society.
