अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Even though autos and all local transport were available near to the society but, never faced traffic or pollution issues. landlord was very friendly and society was Batchelors friendly market was nearby. society was very clean. highway was very nearby. society was very peaceful. view from the society was very pleasant. all modern amenities were present there. water supply was 24*7.
Things need improvement
Power backup was for only common areas not for the flats. roads were worst in front of the society.

Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory. Market and malls were close by. Construction quality of the building was fine. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. There was also a park. Maintenance quality was also good with no water supply and logging issues. Security system was well maintained with CCTVs and guards. Residents were decent in nature.
Things need improvement
The connecting road near the society was a major hurdle and caused inconvenience.

Auto-rickshaws, Uber, and other transportation options are easily available here. Schools and hospitals are also nearby. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available. there is a power backup system in place. The neighbors are very friendly and we all get along well. Whenever we meet, we have pleasant conversations and celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, leading to issues like seepage and leakage. Repainting is also not done on time.there are problems with the water supply; the water often smells bad.

The connectivity of the society is very convinient and everything is developed now, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water logging issues are not seen around the society. Drainage system is good in the society. The society has not got any water supply issues. There are n such electricity issues that are faced in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Paintings are also done on time.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society has not got much space for amenities and facilities, so there are no amenities present in the society. People are not that friendly and cooperative in the society

The society is very convinient in terms of connectivity and everything is developed now, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The society is just 1 kms away from the highway. The society has not got any water supply issues. There was no water shortage as such in the society. Water backup options are available. The society is good with constructuion quality, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The social life is good in the society, People are friendly and cooperative in the society. There are CCTV cameras installed in the society. Lifts are also available. Swimming pool was operational.
Things need improvement
The Facilities and amenities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids were not functional in the society. Right now it might be improved. Tenents were not allowed to use the amenities.

Maintainance of the society is very nice, it is kept clean and hygine is also maintained. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are generally not faced in the society. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society The social life is good in the society, People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
There are traffic issues that's faced outside the society. At night some connectivity issues are faced, auto and rikshaws are not available at that time.

Things need improvement
There were no such major issues faced in the society however,There are water supply issues in the society and water supply is quite expensive.

The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. No such garbage issues are faced. electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. connectivity of the society is good enough, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society is very spacious with proper walking and parking spaces available. The neighbourhood of the society is very good as people are friendly and decent.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen in the buildings and bedroom areas. Leakage is also seen in the parking area starting from the terrace to the basement area all over leakage is seen. Seepage issues are also a lot as the buildings are not very well structured. Drainage system is not well made. Water quality is not upto the mark as hard water is received. This hard water damages the properties.

Transport connectivity near the society is very good with availability of cabs and autos. The society is connected to the main road. Maintenance quality is also good with no water logging issues and hygiene being maintained. The construction quality is fine with no seepage and termites noticed till now. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society premises. People are friendly and cooperative. CCTVs and Elevators are installed.
Things need improvement
The society has all basic features and facilities which are required for standard living for residents. Paintings are not done as of now.
