This building stands out as one of the most attractive in Nalasopara East due to its impressive height, earning it the nickname of the tallest building in the area. The surrounding roads are also of excellent quality, adding to its appeal. Thank you for sharing
Things need improvement
I've noticed occasional errors with the building's lift, and although I'm not sure of the exact issue, I've requested the secretary to have it repaired as soon as possible

Living in Nallasopara since 2004, and after trying out different places, we've found our perfect home at Reliable Residence. It's a great place to live with good security thanks to the watchman and CCTV cameras. We feel really lucky to be here and would definitely suggest it to others
Things need improvement
Swimming pool would make this place even better, but it's still fine without it. Sometimes, during rainy days, you might notice some pooled water on the roadside, but it's not a big deal.

The cleanliness here is top-notch, and only authorized individuals are allowed entry without a pass. Connectivity is excellent, with parks, cinemas, and malls all conveniently nearby. There's an ample water supply, and electricity is consistently available
Things need improvement
The area doesn't have many downsides, but the neighborhood isn't the best, and it's quite far from the train station. Sometimes, the elevator doesn't work

In this community, you'll find a lot of friendly faces, making it a welcoming place to be. The neighborhood is well maintained, with regular upkeep to keep things clean and tidy. Security is a priority, with surveillance cameras installed to ensure safety. The security guard is always around, ready to assist and offer a friendly smile. Plus, there's easy access to banks and ATMs for any financial needs, and the gym is just a stone's throw away. Situated conveniently near the highway, commuting is a breeze. And let's not forget the picturesque view that adds to the charm of this place
Things need improvement
The garage on the ground floor tends to get pretty dirty and smelly. Since the building is close to the highway, sometimes random people or couples hang out nearby, which can be irritating and uncomfortable. The lighting around the garage area isn't great either. Also, it's risky outside because of the busy highway – especially for kids playing. If they wander off, there's a real danger of accidents, so it's crucial to keep a close watch on them

When I lived in this community before, there were no problems with the water supply; it was consistent and had scheduled timings. The society compound is spacious, with a large garden in the center where children can play, and there are benches for the elderly to socialize. On my ninth-floor unit, the view was amazing, and we had a connected balcony shared with two other balconies. The kitchen balcony even had a point for a washing machine, and the square footage of the rooms was also generous.
Things need improvement
The main drawbacks are parking problems, mainly for four-wheelers, though it's not a major issue. The bigger concern is the noise pollution from the heavy traffic on the main road. The intersection of four roads without traffic lights causes traffic jams and constant honking, making noise pollution a significant issue. Despite these drawbacks, the society is generally peaceful with more positives than negatives. I had to leave the society because of a job change, which required me to sell my house

The society boasts a large infrastructure with excellent amenities and connectivity. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the railway station, and there are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area
Things need improvement
The maintenance costs, including parking, are high, and the flat costs are also on the higher side. Security measures, particularly at the main gate, need improvement. Currently, only two watchmen are available.

Water leakage is making the plaster fall off in shared spaces. The internet connection is unreliable, and occasionally, the elevator doesn't function properly.

Reliable Prestige is an excellent society with ample space for physical activities and convenient road connectivity. The area is clean and well-maintained, with CCTV surveillance ensuring security. The beautiful structure enhances the standard of living for all residents, and the society committee manages everything efficiently. Residents are polite and friendly, and emergency services are conveniently located nearby. Safety precautions are taken seriously, and there's plenty of space for vehicle parking. Lifts are available in every wing, and shops are accessible within the society premises. I'm highly satisfied with the structure, drainage system, clean grounds, water supply, and minimal noise pollution in the area. The water quality index is normal, as provided by V.V.M.C. In summary, Reliable Prestige offers a high-class and standard lifestyle, fulfilling all residents' needs. Additionally, there's a gym for exercise and workouts
Things need improvement
While Reliable Prestige is a high-class society, its area is relatively small compared to other nearby societies. I recommend expanding the infrastructure to enhance the overall look and appeal of Reliable Prestige. Currently, there are no fire extinguishers in the society, although there is a fire station within 1 km. The roads are in poor condition, damaged by heavy vehicles and rainwater. The inadequate drainage exacerbates the issue during rainy seasons. Additionally, the behavior of some nearby residents is poor and unfriendly, creating tension between them and the residents of Reliable Prestige
