Maintenance is also commendable, with a reliable water supply and excellent backup facilities for electricity. Additionally, the construction quality is top-notch.

The only problem is pollution resulting from ongoing construction, and roads are also being damaged due to the large vehicles traveling on them.

Ventilation of the flats is very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Garbage collection is also good in the society, done daily. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained in the society.

Basic amenities such as a gym, a small play area, and a small pool are available for residents to enjoy.

Cabs avoid the area due to insufficient visitor parking. Security allows all vehicles, and street lights are inadequate. Maintenance is lacking, with storage tanks insufficient, basement cleanliness an issue, and lift interiors damaged. Common space leaks persist, and amenities like the community garden have been relocated. Limited space restricts children's activities, and poorly constructed pathways impede movement. The apartment size is cramped, allowing barely enough space for two people to pass each other.

Mahaveer Amaze is the best place to live in. I got a 3BHK apartment and my family is satisfied with the overall design. The premium project is affordable and offers ample facilities and amenities to its residents. The overall structure is beautiful with pools, gardens, jogging tracks and a lot more. I am also very fond of the location as it connects the heart of the city. Prominent colleges, hospitals, shopping malls are in close proximity too.

it is one of the best projects I have come across. The residential units are well planned and the amenities provided are excellent. The rooms are spacious with balconies and bathrooms. The builder is trustworthy as they have provided me with all the details before buying the flat. They have also taken care of my preferred configurations. The location is excellent and the transportation system is decent. I highly recommend this project to all the home seekers.

it is a great project in Kadugodi, Bangalore. The area is excellent as it connects reputed schools, colleges, malls, hospitals and IT hubs. The rooms are also spacious and luxurious. Amenities provided are gym, lifts, intercom facility, WIFI, swimming pool, jogging tracks, cycling track and even private terrace. The construction of the project is excellent. I would love to recommend this project to the ones looking for budget-friendly premium apartments.

Mahaveer Amaze is ready to move the project to Seegehelli. I had got a 2BHK apartment and I am happy with my investment. The rooms are well planned, spacious and properly designed. 24 hours electricity and water supply, rainwater harvesting, security system, parking, lifts are also provided. The location is outstanding as it connects reputed IT parks, hospitals, railway stations, colleges, malls and a lot more. Mahaveer Amaze is a decent project to be invested in.
