I moved out of this society around a year ago. At that time, the community boasted well-maintained amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, play area, and indoor games facilities, all surrounded by lush greenery maintained to high hygiene standards. There were no water supply issues, and the society had reliable power backup facilities, all with reasonable maintenance charges. Additionally, the society is conveniently situated near schools, hospitals, and grocery stores, all within a 1km radius. Furthermore, the residents of this community are kind-hearted, and there is a strong sense of familial unity among everyone.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society about a year ago. At that time, the construction quality seemed acceptable, but the age of the buildings made them look less appealing. This is not ideal.

Within the society, all festivals are celebrated, especially those reflecting Karnataka culture. There is excellent connectivity to nearby schools, hospitals, and grocery stores, and transportation is easily accessible, with everyone able to avail themselves of cab facilities within minutes. The amenities include a gym, clubhouse, pool, park, walking paths, and greenery. Additionally, the construction quality is high, with no issues of leakage or seepage, and the overall maintenance is commendable in all aspects.
Things need improvement
The only problem here is with the broadband network; sometimes the connectivity is very low or unavailable. This is an issue when using the internet.

Things need improvement
Construction quality is not that great, leakage and seepage issues are there in the units.

Putting the lobby in the kids' play area is not a good idea in this society.

Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is readily available in the society. The water facility is good compared to other apartments. Maintenance is very well-managed, with efficient garbage collection—dry and wet waste is collected separately in the society. The lifts are also well-maintained, and power backup is available. People are very friendly and cooperative within the society. Additionally, amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis courts are well-maintained. The roads are in excellent condition, and security is tight during nights, with two security guards stationed at the main gate of the society.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are quite expensive in the society. Moreover, public transportation options such as buses are distant from the society. Additionally, essential facilities like markets and grocery shops are far away, which is inconvenient.

The community is very good in the society, with people being friendly and cooperative with each other. Garbage collection is efficient in this area. The ventilation in the flats is excellent. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. Security is also very good, especially at night. Additionally, a small grocery shop inside the society makes it convenient for residents, and there is a nearby supermarket for added convenience.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool is not well-maintained in the society, and the cleaning standards are also lacking. Public transportation options like buses are not available nearby the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in this community.

Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. The association is very good in the community. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there is also a visitor's parking area, which is convenient. People are very cooperative and respectful in the society. Ventilation is very good in my flat because of the spacious balcony, allowing plenty of sunlight into my apartment.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available in the society, which is inconvenient. The water facility is not good in the society. Water is sourced from tankers, making it very hard. The swimming pool is also closed in the society due to water problems.
