I bought my apartment in 2008 because Sohna Road and nearby areas were growing fast, and I've been happy with the investment. It's a great location for people working in Gurugram because many offices are nearby. Sohna Road's value has gone up even more with projects like the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Everything you need, like offices, malls, schools, and hospitals, is close by. Plus, the society has amenities like a swimming pool, club house, and parks.

Things need improvement

Living in Gurugram comes with the hustle and bustle of city life, including constant traffic jams and pollution. However, the widening of Sohna Road has helped alleviate some congestion. One downside is the lack of grocery shops within the society, leading to higher prices from limited shopkeepers nearby. Additionally, parking spaces can feel congested and restricted, posing an issue for residents.

This society is located at a prime spot on the main Sohna Road, with a wide frontage and a beautiful entrance gate. It offers convenient amenities like a department store, play school, and ATM. The club features a swimming pool, squash court, billiards room, card room, full gym, steam and sauna facilities, and a party hall, all air-conditioned for comfort. The society also boasts well-maintained parks, full CCTV coverage, and boom barriers for security. Recently painted buildings and cobbled stone roads add to the aesthetic appeal. Additionally, it's a low-density area, offering a peaceful living environment.

The society has limited visitors parking and experiences seepage issues in high-rise buildings and some areas of the basement parking. The Residents' Welfare Association (RWA) is not very responsive, and while maintenance is okay, it could certainly be improved. The community lacks a high-end demographic, and the RWA could do better in communicating proactively on key issues. Additionally, there's only one shop available within the premises.

My neighborhood is great! It's easily accessible from Sohna Road with a main entrance right there. We have round-the-clock security and water supply. The rental income potential is high, and the maintenance is top-notch.

Lovely parks complete cctv coverage Boom fences. freshly painted route with cobblestones in good shape. small density easily accessible from Subhash chowk and Rajiv chowk. The construction is great. I must paint. My society has excellent connections to Sohna Road, a main entrance on Sohna Road, round-the-clock security, continuous water supply, decent rental returns, and excellent upkeep.
