अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Connectivity was really great like local transport were easy available near by the society.Local market and essentials were also near by the society.maintenece of the apartment was really good society was neat clean and hygenic.
Things need improvement
This society was really very bad regarding construction as it has become old and even there were seepage issues and even though fitting related issues were also there.There were nothing in terms of the amenities only there was parking area in the society.

Rooms of the apartment were spacious and isolated,balcony were there inside the units.Atmosphere was calm and peaceful.Schools and hospitals were near by the society,so the connectivity was really good.High security system in the society all the areas are under cctv survilance in the society.cleaniness was really great and 24/7 water and electricity supply in the society.
Things need improvement
All the amenities were there in the apartment but only for A and B wings not for alll over wings.Construction quality of the apartment were not that great as there were leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.

Transport connectivity is satisfactory with availability of public transport options nearby. Market areas are also available nearby. Maintenance quality is taken care of with regular water supply. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the society. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents are friendly, cooperative and educated. The environment is quite peaceful.
Things need improvement
Initially there were some water supply issues. now its manaegeable.

All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house gym and eveything is fully functional even tenants are allowed to use them in the society.Build quality is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Auto and,cabs were easy to approach near by the society.
Things need improvement
Local market,hospitals was not near by the society even there were no chemist near by the apartment.Security system is below average and there are no biomatric and telecom facilities on the entrance.

No waterproofing or painting related issue. auto and local transportation buses are nearby. collages are nearby. water supply is 24*7. not having any power cut issue. people are decent. security is satisfying.
Things need improvement
The roads Infront of the society are not properly maintained. power backup is only for common areas. the west water treatment plant of the society is not properly covered there are mosquitoes in the society because of that open water. traffic jam issue is there mainly in monsoon season.
