अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Quality of the construction is good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.All the modern amenities were available in the society and everything was fully functional ,well maintained.There is lots of open space and garden area in the society which enhance the beauty of the apartment and differentiate from other.High security system in the society ,all the areas are under cctv survilance.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the society was not good at that period as there was no groccery and essentials shops around the society and even local transport facilities were hardly availbale.There was no rules regarding pets handling in the society and due to that surrounding became dirty and unhygenic.

Overall, the society is very good. The maintenance services are excellent, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. The construction materials used are of top brands, which prevents any problems. The wood used for wardrobes is of excellent quality. There are no issues with connectivity to nearby schools, hospitals, markets, malls, or other amenities. The society has all facilities well-maintained, including gyms, swimming pools, and clubhouses.
Things need improvement
I don't think anything else needs improvement in the society as everything is already well-maintained, and the society is excellent in every way.

Malls and restaurants were near by the society.Build quality was great like no leakage and seepage issues in the society.Auto,cabs were easily available in the society.All the modern amenities were present in the society and everything is fully functional.Spacious allocated parking for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Its been long since i was residing there in that society and my experience was great but power back up connection has been given to common areas and 2 sockets from the uniits.

Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society even there are good schools and hospitals around.All the amenities are avaibale like swimming pool.club house,2 park ,tenis court,basket ball court etc in the society.There is lot of open space in the society.High security system has been provided there are ccvt in each lobby and corner and gaurd is available on each entrance.Owners has coverd and allocated parking in the society.Time to time events and festivals are celebrated in the society even there are many exhibitions conducted in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are available for only common areas only.BMC water supply is not available in the society,so drinking water is not sufficient.Visitors parking is not available in the society they have to park outside the campus.earlier there was leakage and seepage issues but managing commitee has fixed it.

There was good schools a hospitals near by the society even local transport facilities area easy to approach near by the society.Quality of the construction is not good as there are issues no regarding leakage and seepage,romm are quite spacious and attached with balcony.All the amenities are present in the society and well maintained.Society is neat,clean and hygenic place to live in.
Things need improvement
Public transport facilities are not available near by the society like railway station and bus stop.and metro line was far away from the society,however you can approach for local transport easily.security gaurds are not constant and keeps on changing frequently which is not good.

Auto stand,bus stand is at walkable distance from the society.High security system,each person is being verified on the entrance and every is covered with cctv.All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional.Good celebration of festivals in the society.
Things need improvement
Some of the units are facing leakage and seepage issues in apartments.Proper garbage disposible system has not been adopted in the society which makes a bit unhygenic surrounding.

The society is great, and there are no issues. Despite being old, there are no problems like seepage or plaster fittings. Nyati Society has the best construction quality. It has all the facilities including maintenance, amenities, lifts, power backup, cleanliness, and greenery. Everything in the society is excellent.
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have a nearby metro station, but now even that is not a big issue as its work is progressing. I don't think there is a need for any additional facilities in Nayati Society as everything is perfect and well-maintained here.

The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Even if some issues regarding seepage or leakage is seen in the society as it is an old one the issues are immediately repaired by the management. Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. There is also Manipal hospital which is situated just outside the society. Facilities and Amenities like gym, small swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society, all are well maintained. Maintainance of the society is all good, society is kept clean. There are almost 80% Garden areas in the society which is very well maintained. CCTV cameras are installed in the society. Security system is good. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. All the people loves to participate in Events.
Things need improvement
There is a school construction going on just outside the society for a very long time, the construction materials are kept all over the place which needs to be removed for normal public to pass by easily. That place needs to be cleaned as granite and construction materials are lying all over the place. CCTV cameras are installed in the common areas like gym, main gate and all, but I'm not sure if CCTV cameras are installed all over the society, and I'm not sure how much it is functional.

Connectivity of the apartment was good as trasporation was easy to access near by the society.Good quality of the roads around the society.All the modern amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area was available for owners in the society.24/7 water and electricity supply was available in the society.
Things need improvement
There was no vegetable shops and grocerry shops near by the society.Quality of the walls in the apartment were of poor as if neighbours are doing some construction work pop from yours unit will start poping out of the walls.Association members were not approachabale there were doing division between owners and tenants.There was lots of partiality between owners and tenants,tenants has to pay extra to use amenities.There was extra rules set for the tenats in the society.

Society was really good place to live,build quality excellent there was no leakage and seepage issues even the rooms were spacious and well designed.All the amenities were available in the society.Local transport facilities were also easy to approach near by the society.Society was highly maintained and near,clean and hygenic environment in the society.
Things need improvement
Only problem that comes accross in kharadi area is mosquitos and it was very hard to get rid of it even after doing pest control many times.

There are schools and hospitals near by the society even auto and cabs are easy to approach around the society.Build quality is good as there are no leakage and seepage issues in the society.All the modern amenitties are available in the society and swimming pool is well maintained and gym is well eqquipted.There is proper water supply system available in the society,BMC water is also there but rather then this boaring water is available which is used after filteration.All the feativals like diwali,holi,ganapati etc is celebrated in the society.Society really neat,clean and highly maintained.
Things need improvement
Amenities are chargable for the tenants in the society.Solar panel is not installed in the society.Connection of the generator is given to common lights and lifts but only 2 socket inside the house.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport options. Roads quality is also fine. Maintenance quality is also fine with provision for services like cleaning and garbage collection. Construction quality of flats is also satisfactory with ventilated flats and no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the premises parking space is provided with space alloted for every user.
Things need improvement
The society is providing all basic facilities and amenities to the residents, thus no dislikes could be noticed in society.
