Transport connectivity near the society near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. The maintenance quality is also fine with no water supply and logging issues. The construction quality of the building is quite satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. There is a garden in society. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The residents are very cooperative in nature. Paintings are done timely.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society premises.

The society had power backup and proper water supply. There was a school and hospital nearby. The roads were not narrow, so there were no traffic issues. High-quality construction materials were used, ensuring there were no issues like seepage or any other construction-related problems
Things need improvement
Cleaning was not done very well, and not all amenities were available. Maintenance wasn't great either because services were never provided on time. There was no visitor parking in the society, so guests had to park their vehicles outside, which raised safety concerns as there was fear of potential theft or harm.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water supply issues are not faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. Roads outside the society are well maintained. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society.
Things need improvement
In our society, there is no gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, or play area for kids. These things are not here right now. If we had them, our neighborhood would be much better.

Connectivity is good to all the nearby area's, Buses, Auto's and cabs are easily accessible. Maintenance is well managed and society is always clean. There was no seepage/seelan or leakage issues in the society/individual house. People were friendly towards others and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
In the society, there were no amenities at all. My main concern is that there's no designated play area for kids. Children end up playing in the areas where people walk, sit, and talk. Therefore, I believe there should be a separate area for kids to play.

Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available.

Nearby metro is not available. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society.

COnnetivity sahi hai, Auos rickshaws sab available hia. Market area hai paas mai walking distance par. Maintenance sahi hai society ka. Water supply ka koi issue nahi hai. Water logging ka issue nahi hota. Gym, pool, Club house sab hai society mai par utna maintained nahi hain. Neighbours friendly and cooperative hain. Festivals toh celebrate hote hain. Parks bhi achche hain

Seelan ya seepage ka thoda thoda issue rehta hai. Metro nahi hai nearby.

She said main Shipra neo society mein pehle rehti thi. Garbage cleaning, power back up sab accha hai. Balconies hain society flats mein. CCTV cameras tha society mein. Connectivity accha hai society ka, mall market sab nazdeek hai. Shipra mall paas mein hain, Indirapuram market hai paas mein. Parking space hai, basement mein bhi hai and open mein bhi hai.
Things need improvement
Society ka maintenance bohot accha nahi tha. Building bohot purana hai, entrance pe seepage/leakage ka issue hai. Society building ka plaster thoda kharab ho raha hai. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse kuch nahi tha society mein. No dedicated playground for children.

Connectivity in the society is reall very good, it is located a very central location. My flat is on the 4th floor and here I get very good sunlight. School and hospitals are available nearby and maintenance services are also very good.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there is a problem of seepage in the society usually when residents used to inadvertantly choke their drainage pipes. No additional amenities available in the society.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. 6 Malls, 3 to 4 hospitals and 15 schools are nearby the society, so the society is best in connectivity. Metro is available nearby the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
The maintainance charges are high as compared to services. Lifts are available and it is not maintained properly in the society, Lifts have become quite old. There are water supply issues sometimes in the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Builder promised for amenities but not of the amenities are completed and nothing can be used.
