Auto and buses are nearby. market, schools, collages, shopping malls all are nearby. gym and playground are there in the society. this is one of the best societies in kharadi in terms of cleanliness. people and security are cooperative.
Things need improvement
In the last 2 months drinking water quality is not up to the mark. there are traffic issues on main roads due to too many shops are on road side. no swimming pool, badminton court and cricket ground inside the society. there are few seepages in the flat.

Market was near to the society by only 500meters away. autos and buses were accessible. construction quality was good since had not faced any leakage issue. security was decent.
Things need improvement
Infront of society, roads were narrow because of which had traffic jam problems. Also because of narrow roads rainy days there were water logging on the roads. gym was very congested and swimming pool was not present. garden was not specious.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Garden was available and some gym equpements was there in the open space. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply issues were not faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average,issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society, it's a stand alone society. Drainage issues were faced, balcony drainage system was not good. People are not friendly and cooperative.

Society was located on prime location so connectivity was just top notch and every local transport facilities were easily available.Build quality was good as there were no issues regarding seepage,rooms were spacious and well designed attached with balcony.Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors.Society was neat,clean and secured for the residents.
Things need improvement
There were only few amenities available in the society and swimming pool was not available at that period of time.Power back up facilities were not available at that period of time.

I travel by my own car. proper parking slots are alloted to all residents, and parking space is ample in the society. street light are properly functional at night as well. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collection is done on time on regular basis. Issues that arise gets quickly resolved by the society management, I have not facedc any issues regarding it. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. There are no damps faced as such. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms, which is one of the great things. facilities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. CCTV is avilable and works properly in lifts and all over the society. Security system is good Security guards are available and they are very good. Lifts are also maintained properly. cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are good and friendly. The society is 8 to 10 years old, according to that paint quality is good and buildings looks new. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. Society is pet friendly.
Things need improvement
While the amenities provided are appreciated, it's unfortunate to note that there is no swimming pool available within the community, which may disappoint some residents who were hoping to utilize such a facility. Additionally, the road conditions surrounding the society seem to be a concern, particularly during the rainy season, as waterlogging issues tend to arise, impacting accessibility and convenience for residents. Furthermore, I've observed that painting maintenance within the society is not always done promptly, which can affect the overall aesthetic appeal and upkeep of the premises.
