Very eco-friendly development, very nice and big residences with little wasted space. The society provides excellent facilities. Having a house here is quite beneficial for both young couples and the elderly. There is plenty of space for young children to play, and the area is well-kept.

Dreams Sankalp is a housing scheme on Bakori Road near JSPM College in Wagholi, Pune that offers 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. The scheme is beautifully developed, with a central open space and club house, but the residents' nightmare is an access road to the society that is half done and half left undone by a neighbourhood builder, and no one is able to assist in resolving this situation. In this scenario, neither the local politicians nor the general public are helping. I'm hoping someone can assist. Otherwise, the Society is well-planned, with abundant parking and well-utilized landscape spaces. The builder did an excellent job. Homes that are affordable to the general public

It's a nice society with all the necessities including a gym, a lift, a clubhouse, and a garden. There is also a hill behind society where trekking is feasible. You are free to enjoy your weekend.

I own an apartment in Dreams Sankalp, the society is very nice with 24*7 water, day and night security service, has cctv in society premises, has a lot of space in society where people can walk, run, cycle, gym is accessible and maintained by society, garden and kids play area is also very good.

Great housing society for newlyweds with all amenities for children's play grounds, gym centres, and clubhouse facilities flats here are also wonderful and the view is decent with good surroundings at night it is tranquil
