The maintenance service is not up to par and is relatively costly. The absence of club swimming pools is a drawback. Additionally, the location, especially in D block, is not considered favorable.

The clubhouse is fully equipped with a swimming pool, indoor games area (carrot, chess), a mini-theater, gym, a party hall (can accommodate 300-400 people), and a badminton court. Additionally, there's a separate basketball and tennis court. Plus, it's located in a prime location.
Things need improvement
The property is quite costly, making it a bit challenging to afford. It's a bit far from BG Road, and the auto facility can be a bit tricky to navigate.

The only downside is the poorly constructed roads, but overall, it's an excellent option for families at an affordable price.
