The society is quite secluded, located far from the main road, making it challenging to find cabs or autos. Additionally, it's about 10 km away from the nearest station.
Although it's a bit secluded, the flats are spacious and affordably priced with good construction quality.

Consider adding a football turf and food outlets for enhanced recreational options within the society.

It's a place equipped with all the necessary amenities for comfortable living, surrounded by a natural environment, and well-planned with a focus on city living.
I couldn't find anything negative to say about Lodha Dombivali because it's such an organized and pleasant place to live.

Lodha Regency Society is truly one of the best and most beautiful places to live. The sense of community among all the society members makes it feel like one big family. We have spacious playgrounds and beautiful parks, perfect for yoga and exercise. The lush greenery adds to the charm of the society, and the ample parking space ensures no hassle with parking. Additionally, we're fortunate to have excellent power backup services and well-maintained roads. Overall, I'm incredibly happy to be a part of Lodha Regency Society.
In Lodha Regency Society, I have encountered some challenges. Firstly, there are no shops within the society, which can be inconvenient for daily necessities. Additionally, the club facilities are not well-maintained, and the maintenance costs are quite high. Furthermore, the swimming pool lacks proper maintenance. These issues can detract from the overall experience of living in the society.

With CCTV cameras strategically placed throughout the premises, residents enjoy enhanced security. The clubhouse boasts top-notch amenities such as a gym, spa, and pool. Moreover, all necessary statutory clearances have been obtained, with approval from the Thane Municipal Corporation ensuring peace of mind for residents.
In my opinion, there are hardly any negatives to highlight about Lodha Regency. However, one aspect that could be improved is implementing designated playtimes for children to ensure a more organized and enjoyable experience for all residents.

With its comprehensive amenities, excellent connectivity to nearby cities, and the convenience of having shops and even a mall within the complex, it offers a superior living experience. The well-planned infrastructure, spacious playgrounds, and even a dedicated fire brigade center make it an ideal choice for families and individuals alike.
It's worth noting that when this project began a decade ago, some homes encountered issues with construction quality and water seepage due to the use of subpar materials. However, these issues have since been addressed and rectified promptly. Additionally, while connectivity is still being improved, ongoing construction indicates that the area is evolving into a fully developed mini-city, a process that may take approximately another decade to complete.

It has a great location, equipped with a gym and green park. There's a children's park available, and it's near Mumbai with good transportation facilities. There's also a playground for children, CCTV cameras installed throughout, and fire control equipment in place. Broad lanes and parking are available, with rainwater harvesting proposed.
Metro connectivity is unavailable, and there are no swimming pools for children or adults. Maintenance charges are high, and there's limited parking for outside visitors. Water pipeline availability is limited, and the gas pipeline work remains incomplete. Additionally, there have been reports of a poor drainage system at times.
