"The greenery of the society is very good. The water facility is very good in the society, and power backup is also available. Supermarkets are available in the society. There are medical shops, salons, fruit shops, and markets nearby within walking distance. The kids' play area is very spacious and good. There is a playschool inside the society. Ventilation is very good because there are so many windows inside the flat."
Things need improvement
"Connectivity is very poor in the society because cabs and autos are not available mainly on Saturdays and Sundays, which is inconvenient for residents. International schools are located 5-6 kilometers away from the society."

The USP of Mantri Lithos is the location (being inside Manyata Tech Park) & the luxury feel with exclusive design/spacious construction. Delays in completion of amenities by Builder, was a concern. Recent developments at the project have taken the project to next level - Completion of Clubhouse, Salon, Creche, Squash court, Theatre, Ganesha Temple, Spa (all inside the apartment complex). Proximity to offices and other facilities in MEBP are implicit.
