We don't have any problem related to the connectivity of the society, we have an access to the public transports easily. Maintenance of the society is really promising, the society is well painted and is kept neat and clean. Society organises various events, people are cooperative and friendly. Construction quality of the society has no major issues, no leakage or seepage issues are being faced by the residents of the society. Even the residents have a facility of 24*7 plumber and electrician availability.

There are no big issues in our society. However there are some minor issues which are being present like there has been an issue with club house and common area. They charge separate amount if one wants to take the facility of swimming pool, and recently they had shut down the restraunts present in the society due to there own cost cuttings.

Cab services were available. Maintenance is fine, with a reliable water supply and no water logging issues. The construction quality of the building is good, with no seepage and termite issues. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and a play area for kids are provided. People are overall friendly, and festivals are celebrated nicely.

Connectivity is excellent, with auto cabs and metro facilities easily accessible around the society. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, kid's play area, and gymnasium are available within the society. Neighbors are supportive and helpful, contributing to a positive living experience. The society maintains cleanliness through daily garbage collection, and the security system is reliable.

Maintenance facilities are below average and require improvement. The clubhouse is poorly maintained and in a dilapidated condition. There are widespread issues of leakage and seepage throughout the building that need urgent attention and fixing.

I've been living in this society for about 2 years now, and I must say, I love it. The flats are ultra-luxurious, and the facilities are excellent. The security is top-notch, and while there's limited open space due to the surrounding buildings, it's still a fantastic place to live. Families will particularly appreciate the amenities and atmosphere here. Overall, it's a wonderful place to call home.

Ire Sky on in Sector 60, Gurgaon, stands out for its excellent amenities and convenient location. The society features a well-maintained children's play area, offering a great space for kids. The proximity to the 55-56 metro station enhances connectivity for residents. Additionally, the amenities, including a gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, and sports grounds, are not only well-maintained but also provide a luxurious environment for the community. This combination of facilities makes Ire Sky on a desirable place to live.

Things need improvement

The monsoon season brings about a flooding issue in the area. There is a perception that the maintenance fee is too high, possibly considering the challenges faced, and the atmosphere is described as cool, which could be a positive aspect for some residents.

The construction quality of the society is top notch. Basic amenities are available in society.

Things need improvement

Due to the tall buildings in the society, there is a lot of issues with the mobile network. Mobile network is not available and outside the society autos buses is not available.

Ireo Skyon, situated on Golf Course Road, is only 5 minutes away from Golf Course Road and Hongkong Bazar, Sector 56 Huda Market. The construction quality is excellent, with spacious and well-designed balconies. However, washrooms are not very spacious, and the kitchen design may not be suitable for Indian cooking due to space limitations. Overall, I am satisfied with the project, despite a few pending issues.

Cabs aajata hai bulane pe. Roads are wide enough outside the society. Power suppply & water supply is satisfactory. Painting & waterproofing bhi ho raha hai society mein. Amenities are all there, gym, clubhouse, openspace & playground for children to play. Enough parking space, sabko 2 parking area allotted hain. Neighbours are cooperative & friendly in the society.

No transportation & connectivity near the society, If aapke paas apna personal vehicle hai toh its very good, otherwise its not convenient for public transport. Running auto and buses nahi milta hai. metro bhi nahi hai paas mein. Seepage ka issue hai kahi kahi.

All amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gymnasium, and podium are available within the society. Parking in the basement area is ample for both owners and visitors. Security measures such as gated entries, CCTV surveillance, and boom barriers for cars ensure resident safety. Security guards are stationed at each entrance, and background checks are conducted for domestic help. Maintenance is impressive with timely repainting, and the society enjoys 24-hour water and electricity supply.

The build quality is considered decent and average, although there have been issues in the past which the management committee has now resolved. However, there are ongoing concerns about the maintenance of the swimming pool service, which is outsourced to a third-party provider and is costly for residents without providing adequate utility. Power backup facilities are available only for common areas within the societies.

Local transportation was readily available near the society. The building boasted excellent quality, featuring spacious and well-designed rooms complete with attached balconies to ensure proper ventilation. Given that L&T managed the project, there were no worries about the build quality. Owners and visitors alike had access to allocated parking. The society benefited from a continuous 24-hour water and electricity supply, and there were no concerns regarding drainage. All modern amenities were readily available and well-maintained within the society. Additionally, a high-security system was in place, with CCTV cameras covering all areas. Festivals were celebrated, fostering a strong sense of community within the society.

Things need improvement

The metro was approximately 5 kilometers away from the society, and the frequency of buses was low, with the bus stand a bit far from the society. There were issues in the basement parking, such as leakage and seepage problems, which damaged vehicles. After COVID, rents suddenly increased. Bachelors were not allowed. Power backup was not available, and gym and swimming facilities were chargeable for residents.
