I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, connectivity was good, especially near the railway station, and cabs were readily available at any time. Residents never faced issues with water, and amenities like the gym and pool were accessible for everyone to enjoy. One of the notable aspects of this society is that people always helped each other, and there was a strong sense of community. Additionally, the society had good security measures in place.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, the main issue I had was that the flats were congested and not built properly, with limited space available.

Location very good, kids playing area is here where children's are playing with some toys, auto, cabs, buses are easy to catch.
Things need improvement
No clubhouse, ngym, swiming pool is here, for catch metro and railway you have to go 8 km away. Power backup charges is 18 rs/unit

Confident atik is a very good apartment on Sarjapur road. It is close to Dmart Sarjapur and has easy access to all amenities such as delivery services. Swiggy and Zomato are accessible grofers is Missing in my area.

A bit far. It's nice to be away from the city. There is less traffic. Dmart is a good retailer. International schools are within 2/3kms, a hospital and clinic are nearby, and a petrol station is nearby. Best location for children and office workers

Confident Atik is a lovely apartment near the Sompura Gate bus station. It has all the delivery apps like Swiggy Zomato and groceries provider Big basket, although grofers are Missing here. The price seemed a tad excessive in comparison to other units.

Very nice neighbourhood with all the facilities. reputable gated community. Just got to see the villa, which has the best amenities and an excellent design. And a lot of customers have already begun residing in phase 1.

This confident atik apartment is close to Sarjapur, and the nearest bus stop is the Sompura Crystal Campus bus station. And this assured atik flat has good security and a park on the interior. In confident atik, I stayed in b block. It's a very good flat that's close to confident aquila.
