It's convenient to commute to offices, malls, and schools from here. The area has good road connectivity, making travel easy.

This place is conveniently close to a lake and the Old Madras Road, within walking distance. There are plenty of shops and malls nearby, and there's ample parking space available.

The construction here is a decade old, and unfortunately, there hasn't been any repainting done in the past 10 years. During rainy days, there are issues with leaking walls, which can be quite problematic. Additionally, the stench from garbage and the septic tank in Block A is unbearable.

A variety of amenities are available, including a swimming pool, gym, community hall, children's play area, and ample parking for residents. Connectivity is excellent, with schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and bus stops within a 3 to 4-kilometer radius, and a metro station accessible within 5 to 6 kilometers. Maintenance is exemplary, with everything well-kept and the surroundings consistently clean. Security measures are robust, and elevator maintenance occurs monthly.

The connectivity to society is very good and public transport is easily avaliable around the society,Maintanance is verry good society is keept very neat and clean by the management, school, hospital and market are within the radius of 2 to 3 km

All necessary amneties are avalaible the only drawback is that there is only one swiming pool and all the blocks are using it and it gets very crowded

Towers A and B have larger sizes (4 BHK) compared to C, D, E, F, G, H Towers collectively known as Adhara. Additionally, there are three 3 BHK towers named T1, T2, and T3, known as Shills. The society offers various amenities such as two parks, a tennis court, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, badminton and basketball courts, temple, doctor clinic, milk booth, and grocery shop. There are also EWS flats within the society. With over 500 families residing, the society is close to medical and other shops, and schools are just 200 meters away. Security is robust, with outsider entry permitted through a gate app. The maintenance team is efficient, although there are some concerns about construction quality seen externally and seepage issues in some flats. Despite these issues, the society maintains discipline and organizes cultural activities during festive seasons.

There are noticeable issues with the construction quality, visible from the outside of flats, and several units are facing problems with seepage.

Residents are friendly, celebrating all festivals together. Each flat ensures proper water, ventilation, and electricity facilities. With seven floors and seven apartments per floor, the society comprises a total of 196 flats.

Things need improvement

The lift quality in this society is subpar, and it can stop in case of a power outage, potentially causing inconvenience. Seepage issues have been noted. The society lacks a management system, with no designated chairperson, resulting in independent functioning. During society functions, the second gate is closed. Additionally, there is a reported issue of water shortage, with water supply lasting only for 10 minutes, posing challenges for larger families.

The society is distant from the railway station, necessitating the need for a private vehicle. Unfortunately, there is no gym or club facility, and the maintenance costs are relatively high. Shops are located far from the building, and there's limited visitors' parking available.

The apartment sits on the main road, providing excellent connectivity, and there's a beautiful lush green forest on the opposite side. The surroundings remain cool, even in summer, and in the mornings, you can hear the calls of peacocks. The flat itself has generously sized rooms with four balconies at both the front and back. There's a peaceful atmosphere in the society, and a garden is located in front of the apartment.

Things need improvement

The apartment has 19 flats, but only 11 owners and 3 tenants live there. The rest of the flats are empty. Most people living here are older couples, but unfortunately, the atmosphere is not very friendly. People don't talk much or socialize, and there are no kids around to bring some liveliness. No one takes the lead in solving problems or taking care of the place. The owners, who are a bit prideful, don't celebrate festivals or come together for any activities. It's a quiet and less interactive community.

The construction quality of the society is excellent, as it underwent a complete renovation last month, which included pipeline work, electrical upgrades, and fresh paint throughout. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with efficient garbage collection services and reliable power backup options provided in all the flats. Inside the society, residents enjoy well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and children's play area. Furthermore, engaging activities are regularly organized for the children.
