The amenities and facilities provided in the society are good, and connectivity for commuting is convenient. However, the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) or society management is not meeting expectations in terms of providing adequate maintenance services.

I've lived in my society for over 3 years and haven't encountered any problems. We have good public transport, and there are no traffic jams. It's been a great experience!
Things need improvement
There's no gym or well-maintained club facilities available. The parking space is limited. Overall, the quality of amenities provided is poor.

There's no nearby metro connectivity from the apartments. Additionally, the maintenance charges seem to be quite high, which might not be affordable for students.

It's a nice place to live for both families and singles. It's not too far from the National Highway, and there's ample parking space. There are also nearby clubs and swimming pools for recreation.
Things need improvement
The place is not suitable for pets. It's a bit far from the city, and the hospital is also not nearby. Finding shops open at night is also rare.

Must say, Saan verdante is the most promising residential project. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. All fittings are very good and latest. Excellent location and amenities. Clubhouse with children play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, rainwater harvesting, intercom, garden, 24-hour security, CCTV cameras, indoor games and many more.

Saan verdante is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location of Gurgaon, as the area is quite and no traffic around, so if you go to office few days then you won’t mind! Construction still going on so dust and noise is there but overall mobile network is good and peaceful ambiance with greens and open space all around you.
