It is built by a reputed builder, has built number of properties in various parts of the city. It has great location access easily can move to ITPL and marathalli area. The supermart is infront of the apartment as well. Dmart is around 2 kms from the apartment,

Things need improvement

Area is little bit crowded and the road width is little bit narrow, doesn't have two way road. Need to widen the road for frequent traffic jams,

Very big problem of water shortage. Traffic and congestion is also a headache every morning going to office

Things need improvement

Mostly everything. I am paying 45 k for a 2 BHK flat in 2023-24 and given the issue of water, seepage and cracks and traffic itsnot worth to stay here

Evry community has a pros and cons in the same way this also has some cons but it is negligible like they have timings for clubhose and pools which arent open 24/7,the common area outside the flats are little less,some people might face a bit problem in parking their vechile in the parking area.,

Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, play area, and community hall are available and well-maintained. Additionally, the surrounding area is home to numerous international schools, and there are also several hospitals nearby.

In this society, there are no nearby public transportation options such as bus stops or metro stations. Additionally, the maintenance charges are a bit expensive.

Connectivity is great. Everything is very close. And the people are amazing. All festivals are celebrated with a lot of vigor.

Things need improvement

Major water crisis since 2 years as the pipes and equipment are of poor quality, almost always leading to water cuts for repairs and maintenance.

It's a gated community with CCTV cameras all around, requiring a gate pass for entry. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate festivals and special occasions. The clubhouse is impressive, featuring a breathtaking swimming pool.

Things need improvement

The primary issue is the consistent traffic jam outside the gate, and the road condition is notably poor.

It's a very beautiful and peaceful area with fresh air, contributing to good health for residents. The construction quality is excellent, and the community consists of highly qualified and understanding individuals, setting a standard above average for people in Kasai.

Things need improvement

The connectivity to the station from Sun city is approximately 2.5 KMS, which is considered the only drawback for Sun city. To commute easily, it's advisable to have your own vehicle, as there is limited public transport

A nice neighborhood with everything you need! There's a secure community with cool stuff like a gym, swimming pool, club, and a park for kids. Lots of green spaces and shops right outside. You can easily get groceries and order food. There's a big open area to play, and the whole place gets good fresh air. Plus, it's in a great location between Video, Whitefield, and Nallurahalli. Definitely one of the best places to live in Whitefield!

Things need improvement

Not everything is perfect here. We don't have community meetings very often. The cost for maintaining everything is a bit high. There aren't any stores inside the community, and the club isn't in great shape. There's no metro nearby, and it's not easy to find cabs or autos. The roads are narrow because it's on Bore well road, and the area isn't very developed. Visitor parking is usually outside, and we don't have a lot of security measures like CCTV cameras.
