Moreover, there is no metro connectivity available yet.

Sporting enthusiasts will appreciate amenities like the badminton court, basketball court, and table tennis room, along with facilities like the dance room and kids' play area. Being pet-friendly, it's common to see residents walking their dogs. Security is top-notch, with vigilant guards on duty and the use of the MyGate application for visitor logs and daily needs. Adjacent to Metro Wholesale, it offers convenient shopping at affordable rates. Overall, it's a well-built society in a perfectly located area.

While the positives of the society are abundant, there are some notable drawbacks to consider. With only 2 lifts per block, residents often experience waiting times for going up or down. Additionally, the service lift provided is too small to accommodate large items like a king-sized bed vertically. The society's location on the main road offers convenient access to public transport but also exposes residents to constant traffic noise and honking. Furthermore, the maintenance of the society lacks clear leadership, with uncertain distribution of funds leading to ambiguity regarding expenses. The gym facilities are limited to basic equipment and require improvement. Lastly, dust from the construction of the two blocks can be found in almost every apartment, causing inconvenience to residents.

Cabs and autos are easily available in the society, which is very convenient. Garbage collection is very good in the society, done door to door. Ventilation is very good in the flats. Kids' play area is very spacious in the society, which is very convenient. The clubhouse is very good, and the gym is also very well-equipped in the society. Locality is very good in the society. The garden area is very good, and the walking area is also spacious for kids and senior citizens. Everything is accessible, including markets, supermarkets, petrol bunks, restaurants, and malls, all available nearby, which is convenient.

Water facility is not good in the society. There is mostly hard water in the society, which is inconvenient. Power backup is not available for common areas only. Public transportation, like buses, is not available in the society.

What can I say about this project besides that is the value of money! No, the price is steep but it's natural because this is one of the big projects in the city. The location is the best part of the project for me. The quality of construction till now is not much upper class of stature projects and this maintenance is also average. The cellular network is also a bit problematic in this area if you plan to go all WFH lately. However, all major highways, schools, nearby hospitals, my own office, and more all are easily accessible. I wish they solve the problems before move in.

I researched so much before I finalized this project and I must say this place is completely worth it. Look at a beautiful design. Extraordinary construction quality and interior. All types of facilities are on projects from sports, cafeteria and what is not! Luxury environment and great location. You get everything in the hands of restaurants, pubs, and cafes to shopping centers, hospitals, schools, and offices. The super-exclusive feeling stayed here with all facilities. From sports facilities to pool to restaurants and business centers, everything is nearby. I am excited to live here soon.

One of the main positive aspects of this society is its emphasis on safety. It has a good number of security staff in all blocks and comprehensive CCTV systems throughout the premises. Maintenance services are also top-notch, with regular cleaning of all areas, including amenities, and excellent power backup systems for all flats. Furthermore, there are no issues with water supply.
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool available for residents who enjoy pool activities, and the construction quality is subpar, as evidenced by frequent complaints from residents regarding leakages.

The maintenance facilities of the society are excellent, such as floor cleaning in common areas, monthly elevator maintenance, daily garbage collection, absence of drainage problems, and good security with CCTV systems. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and the rent is minimal and affordable. The construction of the society is excellent, and our flat is east-facing with no vastu problems. The amenities, such as a clubhouse, a gym, a small play area, and indoor games, are excellent, especially for kids.

I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. During my time there, the connectivity was lacking. The society is situated on the highway, but there are no basic amenities such as groceries or vegetables.
