The society had a local railway station nearby, and auto-rickshaws and buses were easily available. Hospitals were also situated close to the society. The roads outside the society were well-maintained. Separate parking facilities were provided for visitors, and the residents were friendly. Pets were allowed in the society. Flats had proper ventilation, allowing sunlight to enter. The society was clean, and water supply was available 24/7. Issues were resolved promptly, making the society peaceful. Garbage collection was conducted daily. Maintenance charges were in line with Mumbai standards. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The malls were not within walking distance of the society, nor were they within 1 km. There was heavy traffic in the vicinity. there were some cracks and seepage in the walls.

Society is just on main road so can get everything on just 2 min walking distance whether essentials,public tranport or local transport.All the modern amenities are available in the society and everything is fully functional and well maintained.Build quality is strong and steady as there are no issues regarding anything.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.Society is safe,secure and neat and clean to live.maintenace charges are reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
Roads outside the society are of poor quality and lots of construction work is going on which is very much disturbing and unmanagable during peak hours.

The neighborhood is super friendly and helpful.Easy connectivity as in auto-rickshaws are readily available.Smooth road traffic: Traffic on the road isn't a concern.There's a swimming pool available. Maintenance office do revert back
Things need improvement
There is little issue with garbage collection whcih at time causes problem. Miantennace is nto upto the mark and when it is being put up the problems are not resolved or reverted back quickly. There is an issue of seepagae and aleakage whcih enevr got solved

Maintenance was satisfactory with no water supply or water logging issues in the society. Construction quality of the building was also good with no seepage and leakage issues. There is a gym, parking and a lot of open space. Interaction between the Residents was quite less. CCTVs and Elevators were installed in the premises
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity was not really good as cabs were not easily available. Cab drivers usually cancelled the ride for that particular location. The quality of the walls was not so good, some cracks and breakages could be noticed, maybe due to poor quality plaster.

Garbage is collected effectively.Power supply is reliable. Auto-rickshaws are readily available, and the society has three gates for convenient access.The walking distance to the station and the presence of a nearby market add to convenience. Each flat has allocated parking spaces.Security personnel are knowledgeable and stationed at the gates.The society is free from such problems.The managing committee is proactive in problem-solving, and cultural activities enhance community bonding.Residents can participate in functions, yoga, Zumba, and Aqua Zumba sessions, facilitated by a trainer.The society has been recently painted and undergoes regular touch-ups, maintaining its aesthetic appeal.
Things need improvement
Construction activities in the evening contribute to traffic congestion, which can be inconvenient for residents.

Overall maintenance is satisfactory.Garbage disposal is generally well-handled, with minor issues Connectivity is good, albeit with slight issues.There are no problems with seepage or leakage.Initially, parking allotment was satisfactory, with owners buying parking spaces for tenants. Security arrangements are adequate. Initially, the swimming pool was accessible to tenants.
Things need improvement
Initially teh pool was accesibel to tenats and owners everyone but later they started charging extra from tenants and onyl agve access to the owners which is sort of unfair as per the rules. Common area wa snto maintained awell

The place is beautiful. The apartments are awesome and huge. It has 7 towers. The society also has a club where you can play various sports like basketball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, billiards, squash, swimming etc.

The maintenance charges are less and the locality is excellent. The builder is very responsible and supportive. i love it here.

I was new to Mumbai and my friend suggested Lodha Imperia. I was looking for a premium project for my family and so I had visited this site quite a lot of times.
