अच्छी चीज़ें यहाँ हैं
Society was very much clean and hygienic, there were no issues in construction quality such as leakage or seepage. all needs for daily required items used to fulfilled easily outside of the society.
Things need improvement
Old residents used to not entertain new residents; they were not oftenly invited in every festival’s celebration of the society. there was huge water supply issue in summer times. traffic jam Infront of society gate was also a concern.

Schools and hospitals are near by the society withinn the range of 1 km.Society has lots of open space to roam around and play around in the society.There is beautiful park and swimming pool in the society.high security in the society all the areas are under cctv survilance and cleaniness is proper and done time to time in the society.
Things need improvement
Only ola and uber is available near by the society , local transport is not easy to approach. there is fittings and plumbing of the units is of poor quality so construction quaity is just average.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos. Market areas are nearby. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Maintenance quality is also fine with timely resolution of issues. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There are no water logging issues. There are swimming pools and a basketball court in the premises. The neighborhood is very friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society provided all the basic features, so no specific dislikes could be noticed.

During my time there, I had a great experience. Everything was good; there were no power cuts, and the society was kept clean, indicating good maintenance services. Additionally, amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and park were available.
Things need improvement
When I was there, the area wasn't as developed, so I had to walk a bit to access public transportation. The open parking caused inconvenience; it would have been better if there was covered parking available.

The residents are all very nice and live together harmoniously. Pets are allowed in the society. I haven't experienced any issues with leakage or seepage in my flat. The flats are well-ventilated, and the lifts are regularly maintained. The roads outside the society are in good condition. Auto rickshaws are available near the society. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Maintenance charges are justified. The society is clean, with garbage collection taking place daily.
Things need improvement
During summers, there is an issue with water supply in the society, as it is not sufficient, and sometimes tankers have to be called for additional water supply.

There are no issues with power cuts; backup power is provided by the society for the entire building. Sufficient parking space is available for residents, including basement parking. All modern amenities are present and well maintained. The residents are friendly and cooperative. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The flats are spacious, and the society is clean. Auto rickshaws are available near the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition.
Things need improvement
Water is supplied by tankers. There is a slight issue of leakage and cracks in my flat. Visitors have to park their vehicles outside the society as there is no parking inside.

Utility water is available 24/7. The society is clean. Parking space is allotted for everyone. There is a garden and play area in the society.
Things need improvement
Auto rickshaws are not available near the society; one has to go to the main road, which is not safe at night. The water supply comes every alternate day, only for half an hour. There is a leakage issue in the entire society. A building has been constructed next to my flat, blocking all ventilation and sunlight. The residents are very disturbing; some couples argue loudly, some play loud music, and some shout loudly. No festivals are celebrated in the society. Pets are not allowed in the society, and there is no swimming pool. The gym exists, but there are no proper equipment.
