The positive aspect of this society is its prime location in the city center, conveniently connected to nearby tech parks. All transportation facilities are readily accessible, with cabs being the primary mode of travel. Additionally, the metro station is situated approximately 6 kilometers away, enhancing connectivity further. The construction quality is excellent, boasting no seepage or leakage issues, ensuring durability and longevity. Moreover, the nearby lake view adds to the scenic charm of the surroundings. Residents benefit from a plethora of amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool, catering to their recreational and fitness needs.
Things need improvement
The major drawback of this society is its water supply. Firstly, there is no Kaveri water supply within the community. During the summer, residents are forced to contend with limited water availability, often relying on management-supplied tankers. Additionally, water meters are installed to measure usage.

Maintenance facilities are excellent, with regular garbage collection, clean surroundings, and reliable power backup options. The maintenance charges are Rs. 10000 per month. The society's security is top-notch, with 24/7 surveillance. Furthermore, the design of the society's buildings ensures good ventilation.
Things need improvement
The construction of the society is a bit older so there are occasional leakage problems.

The society's association is highly efficient, ensuring cleanliness, prompt response to residents' concerns, 24/7 water supply, and regular garbage collection. Amenities such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, children's play area, and ample parking are well maintained. The construction quality of the society is commendable, offering good ventilation. Festivals and events are celebrated joyfully.
Things need improvement
The lack of connectivity in the society is primarily due to its location, which is approximately 1 kilometer away from the main road. Without access to a vehicle, reaching the main road becomes challenging. Additionally, there are no markets nearby to serve the community's needs.
