Transportation connectivity is good with easy availability of cabs and autos nearby. Maintenance quality is fine. Construction quality is also good with no seepage and leakage issues. There are no water logging issues. Residents are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that CCTVs and Elevators are not installed. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available.

I don't live in this neighborhood, but I noticed good connectivity to nearby schools and hospitals. Public transportation seems reliable. Maintenance appears to be efficient, with garbage collection on time.
Things need improvement
There are issues with seepage due to the age of the building. Although amenities are available, I personally haven't utilized them

I left that society a while ago. There was excellent connectivity with metro, buses, and cabs readily available. the construction quality was good.
Things need improvement
There were no CCTV cameras or lifts in the building. the amenities provided were not up to par.

Transport connectivity in the area is good, with the metro right in front. There are no traffic issues around. Maintenance is average, with proper cleanliness and no seepage or water logging issues. There is a swimming pool. The market area is also nearby, including Tugalpur Market and Omex Mall, which is 1 km away, and another mall in the front, Vanis Mall, is 3 km away. People living here are cooperative and helpful, celebrating functions together.
Things need improvement
Water supply is a bit slow. Amenities like the clubhouse and gym do exist but are not operated and maintained well, leading to their closure most of the time.

I am a resident and I am staying for 6 months now. The construction is poor. The location is good but there is a lot of traffic jams during peak hours which creates noise pollution too. The maintenance is not done properly and we face a lot of issues while staying.

It is a well-connected area but close to highway. Lot of noise is there during peak hours. The construction is somewhat good. Cleanliness is less in this area. Other projects in this area will be better.

I am a resident of a premium 2BHK apartment in this. The project is ready to move on and has offered well-maintained apartments. Multiple facilities are offered that has made our lives easier. The location is also well connected with reputed schools, colleges, hospitals and IT Parks.

Greater Noida is well known for greenery, fresh air and this place really good ventilated apartments. clean and well-maintained society. The location is well connected. Omaxe NRI City is the best place to live.

A well-built society and also maintained. The roads are clean and society has a good ambience. The flats are budget friendly and the apartments are well designed. Highly recommendable for middle class families.
