The infrastructure and amenities in the society are top-notch! The ability to hang out with friends within the society adds a wonderful social aspect to living there. Having a vibrant community where residents can socialize and enjoy each other's company enhances the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
It's a bit secluded from the city and not right on the main road.

The maintenance of the society is outstanding, and it's great to hear that it's pet-friendly too. The abundance of trees adds to the natural beauty and provides a pleasant environment. And for families with children, having a dedicated kids' swimming pool is a fantastic amenity.
Things need improvement
The lack of public transport and difficulty in finding autos and cabs can make getting around a challenge. Additionally, with inadequate lighting at night, it can feel unsettling to walk outside. These factors might make residents feel uncomfortable or unsafe, especially after dark.

Residents have access to fantastic facilities like a pool, table tennis, gym, and health club. Plus, having schools, colleges, shopping malls, and restaurants within a 1-3 km radius adds to the convenience and appeal of living there.
Things need improvement
The car parking being 300-400m away from the block can be inconvenient, especially for residents carrying groceries or with mobility issues. Additionally, if the management isn't up to par, it could lead to frustrations with various aspects of living in the society. The dissatisfaction with the clubhouse and the distance from the metro station (6-7 km) might also be inconveniences for some residents.

The society provides 100% power backup and has a spacious area. It boasts the best bedroom sizes in the entire sector, and the Residents Welfare Association (RWA) is highly active. Considering the price, it is considered the best option available.
Things need improvement
Improvements are happening, but the progress is slow, primarily due to delays in expressway construction. The roads in the surrounding area are gradually getting better year by year, although the process is gradual.

A standout society in Bangalore with abundant green and open spaces. It's conveniently close to major tech parks like Eco world, Eco space, and Bag mane Tech Park. The society is well-maintained, offering excellent amenities and support staff. Convenience is enhanced with in-house shops, including the recently added Landing parlor. Noteworthy is the cricket ground and well-maintained swimming pool and clubhouse, providing facilities for various common sports.
Things need improvement
The society's location is somewhat unconventional, lacking nearby public transport. Roads outside the apartment are poorly maintained and lack proper street lighting. Morning traffic jams are a common occurrence, and there is currently no metro connectivity. While the apartment and its locality may not appeal to you initially, you might eventually grow to appreciate them

The construction quality in this society is subpar, with seepage issues present in many flats. Additionally, there are instances where only one lift is operational, and the lighting in the lift is inadequate, often blinking.
