Club house of the apartment is top notch like we has football court basket ball court and many more indoor playing activities were there,residence of the apartment were excellent.
Things need improvement
Compound of the society does not have flat surface and there are so many ditch in the compound and during rainy season water gets accumulated there and looks very pathatic and that should be maintained.

Grocery shops and hospitals are available inside the society. People are very friendly. Every festival celebrates in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the lift is not good sometimes the sounds are coming from the lift. There are a garbages issue.

Connectivity of the apartment is good,auto,cabs available easily.security is system is good in the society
Things need improvement
Construction quality of society can be improved,leakage and seepage issue. Maintenance should also be enhanced.

Internal wifi facilities has been provided.amenities are top notch like 2 lifts,club house,gym,kids play area,two playground.24/7 water and electric supply.
Things need improvement
Earlier water logging and traffic was the issue out side the road but now its been solve by making roads one way.power back up facilities are not provided.

No water logging and traffic issues outside the road,good Maintenance and security system,good build quality.all the amenities are very well maintained.allocated parking for resident and visitors.bachelor's were also allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
As such i don't see any flaws in the society's system and i dont have complain regading anything.

Managing committe is very much attentive to resolve any of the issue in the apartment.schools hospitals are near by the apartment.amenities are very well maintained.power back up facilities provided.
Things need improvement
Bachelor's are not allowed in the society.tenant has to pay little extra to use any of the facilities.

Women safety has been priorities.build quality is great.amenities are very well maintained.auto cabs are available easily.lifts are very well maintained.24/7 water supply has been provided.
Things need improvement
Bachelor's are not allowed in the society .There is no 24/7 electricity supply provided but society has adopted power back up facilities.

Alloted parking has been provided for resident and visitors.build quality was good.high security system to there resident.connectivity was great,local transport facilities easily available.

Society has allowed the bachelor's and as such there is no other restriction and charges for them amenities are great society is kids friendly and residence are very humble and soft spoken
Things need improvement
Earlier we had issue regarding stray dogs entering society but the managing committee now has strick rules for the pets and even for stray dog .and as such everything is quite well maintained in the apartment

There are no construction issues in the society; there is no seepage, and maintenance is good with no power cuts. Cleanliness is also maintained well. Additionally, there are amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park, all of which are well-maintained. The society also boasts greenery.
Things need improvement
Public transport is very poor in the society, and there is heavy congestion on the roads, particularly during working hours from 7 pm to 9 pm. However, apart from these issues, the society is excellent with no other problems.

Flats are very specious and well maintained. water supply is available 24*7, no power cut issue. connectivity is great as all local transportation vehicles available easily. All amenities are very well maintained.
Things need improvement
Shopping Malls and restaurants are not near by the society. there are some issues in the society’s construction i.e. leakage and seepage. Politicians ki rallies bohot nikalti h us vajaha se noise pollution bohot hota hai.

There is no pollution near by the society atmosphere is calm and peaceful.Build quality is really good and there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Construction quality is great like there was issues regarding quality of fitting and construction in the apartment.All the modern amenities are there and very well maintained.Cleaniness was good like time to time mopping and cleaning done in the society.All the festivals were celebrated in the society,overall good socialism.There were malls and restaurants near by the society.
Things need improvement
There is railway track near by the society,due to that there was traffic issues around the society.Parking area is very much limited and there is no visitors parking in the society.

Society has good connectivity with everything as there are schools and hospitals near by the society.All the modern amenities are there like swimmimg pool,club house,gym area,kids play area in the society and fully functional.Construction quality was good as there were no seepage issues in the society.Security system was really good as owners gets notification whenever someone login for there house or logouts from the house.owners has spacious parking in the society.
Things need improvement
There were water supply issues in the society.Visitors parking is not available in the society.Power back up connection were given to single lights inside the units and common areas only.people around the society are not that social and even no events are celebrated in the society.
